We are a family owned and operated motel 100ft from the famous Hollywood broadwalk on the ocean. Completely remodeled in 2014. New bathrooms, kitchen, furniture, mattresses, LCD tvs and plenty of outdoor seating surrounded in lush tropical gardens. Free wifi, parking, gas grills, beach chairs and shuffle board. Award winning from the city of Hollywood for most property beautification.

For the price, you absolutely can't go wrong. Stone's throw to the boardwalk. Nothing fancy, just a quaint little spot that is clean and the most helpful staff you're ever going to meet. Parking is available to rent at a very reasonable rate. As a solo traveler, it's perfect for me.

We were in February with my family. The good thing is that it is close to the beach and the good attention of the girl at the front desk Evie. The bad thing was that the room they gave us had a musty smell, the air conditioning gave off an ugly smell, it was those wall air Old, the fan didn't work. The kitchen oven sometimes turned on and sometimes didn't. The common places were poorly maintained. I will return to the hotel but first I would check the room so that everything is OK

I found this place on living social. It was a great deal. The bed was so comfortable. The location is great, near all the shops and restaurants. The bandstand is just a few steps away. There is usually music at the bandstand from 7-9. The room is quaint. It has a small kitchenette with pots and pans to use. Very clean. Parking was $20 for two nights. Not far from the hard rock casino. Customer service was great as well. I will stay here again.

If you want reasonably priced accommodation near to the beach this will suit, I want to give it a better review as the staff were so lovely and friendly however I was not impressed with the room. It was not clean there were stains on the bed covers, black hairs that weren't' mine in the bathroom, very off putting and it was noisy. I could hear next door having a shower and flushing the toilet, the noise from the road which is very near and very busy was also not conducive to a good night's sleep. It had a small kitchen and outside area to sit and 2 mins walk to the beach, restaurants and beach shops. The main mall was a 20 min drive away.The main beach was so full of people it was hard to find a quiet spot on the beach so if you dislike crowds find somewhere else. Also, if there was a safe I couldn't find it, which was not good either, didn't feel totally safe there as anyone could walk off the stree into the villas.

The room can be summed up in 1 word, disgusting!! If you are thinking about staying here don’t do it! This will ruin your vacation. We checked in to our room and realized quickly that it had never been cleaned after the last guest left. The room smelled very strongly like fish, the floors were greasy from whatever they cooked in the room, the linen had not been washed and there was still sand in the bed sheets! The previous guest had left some documentation on the counter that had some personal confidential information on it and that was still sitting on the counter. Obviously they never cleaned the room and when you get to the place you will understand that they probably don’t clean the rooms often. The place is in a very rough area and it doesn’t feel safe and the parking is very sketchy. It honestly was equivalent to staying at a crack house. The smell was so bad that we couldn’t stay in the room and we had to go stay at another hotel down the road. We contacted the manager and asked for a refund and he said he would call us on Monday and give us a refund. He didn’t call on Monday so we called him, he said to call back in 30 minutes. We tried calling back at least 5 times and he just stopped answering our call. Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable service and unsanitary conditions. Don’t even think about booking a room here, it will ruin your vacation.

I have never been the person to leave a hotel early nor leave bad reviews unless the experience is really horrible.So I booked this hotel for 7 days and I left early because I saw roaches in the room I stayed every single day. When I asked to be moved to another room, because they didn’t have other rooms available, I went to another hotel for my peace of mind. I asked for a refund for the nights I didn’t stay and they refused to give me a refund because they checked the room that they sprayed and didn’t not find any roaches. I saw roaches in the bathroom cabinet and the drawers that I put my clothes in. I did not do my due diligence of checking every review and they have a 8.0 rating on hotels.com. If I left the hotel, I must have imagined the roaches, I am not schizophrenic and I really wish that I had a video of the roaches moving and hiding in the corners. They also had mosquitoes coming from the bathroom drain. On top of that, someone else stayed in the room that I left so they are definitely making double the amount.

This place is a deal for the $$ and 3 minute walk to the beach. We got the one bedroom we asked for facing Connecticut St which had an awesome comfortable king size bed with a remodeled bath. The furniture in the living room was all OK except for the small brown love seat which is really battered up and needs replacement. ALSO, little noise proofing with feet stomping kids upstairs so my ear plugs came in handy. This was perfect for a “crash pad”…Sleep, shower, have your coffee and head to the beach …Nicely remodeled but furniture is a bit shabby.

if you’re in town for the beach then this is your go to. a few feet from the beach and a boardwalk full of restaurants, tourist shops and local entertainment. the property itself is cute with a mix of studio villas and sitting areas under shaded trees. my room was a double and very spacious. it was tolerable but shabby and outdated. the mattresses were very worn and could use replacing. the linens and the bathroom need some freshening. overall for a beach hotel it’s ok. my stay was problem-free. i think i’ll stay closer to north miami beach next time. if i come back to hollywood beach i’ll probably try a different place to stay.

I have no idea how anyone would give this place a good review. Room was horrible. Window wouldn't close, and the bed was broken with stained sheets. Bugs in the room. Checked out early and told I would receive refund then they denied refund after we left. I would give less than 1star if possible.

We only stayed one night here it but thought it was very nice for what it is and would stay here again. Gave me the feel of a quaint European hotel. I loved it! Great if you want to experience the Boardwalk and stay within walking distance. Our suite was clean and well furnished. If you want a quite retreat this may not be it even though it wasn’t loud when we stayed. I found it quite charming.
