Nice hotel with a incredible Staff, delicious fresh food, and amazing location, the propriety ( bar of hotel) is right on the beach they have a really nice beach bar, with kite school ( really cool place for kiting) and the best cold beer in all Caribbean 😉 with incredible views!

The cleanest budget hotel I've ever seen..... The owner are very friendly and the location is quiet, with 2 pools and a private beach area where kids and families can stay without any worries.
Rooms are spacious and clean and a/c just perfect for the price.
Would recommend this hotel to everyone!!!

Nice laid back place very close to Cabarete center, we liked the place a lot and it has good wifi + decent price to stay for longer. It's cozy and quiet. I have stayed here already two years in a row, luv it!

Stayed for 4 nights. Arrived the first night after a long bus and taxi ride from Santiago wanting to take a warm shower and discovered there was no hot water. Spoke to management who told me there's definitely hot water and I should just let the water run for 10 minutes. After 30 minutes we gave in and showered in freezing cold water. The next day we spent out in Sosua and had dinner in cabarete arriving back at the hotel late, so when we discovered there was still no hot water, had to again shower under freezing water. On the 3rd night we spoke to management again who checked the gas and came to the conclusion that they were low and that's why there was no hot water. Since it was around 5pm, they said they wouldn't be able to get more gas until the next day, so for the 3rd night in a row had to shower with freezing water. On our 4th night we turn on the water and surprise, still no hot water. Management claimed they filled the gas and didn't know why we still weren't getting any hot water. They gave us access to a shower in another room that they said had hot water, but after 2 minutes of lukewarm water, that shower too went back to freezing. On our final morning they offered us a $3 breakfast on the house but that did not make up for 4 nights of cold showers.
My other minor complaint would be how uncomfortable the bed was.
Def won't be staying here next time I'm in Cabarete.

The bathroom was not properly cleaned and some pieces deserve a change.
