I went to this amazing Hotel with my mom last August. We stayed for one whole week and our experience couldn’t be better. The food is incredible, the structure of the building is amazing, the bar at the beach is amazing, all the staff are very friendly and professionals. I couldn’t recommend more this hotel if you want peace and relaxing time.

My husband and I visited this hotel for our honeymoon and we will definitely return. The rooms were always clean and tidy with fresh bedding and towels daily. The breakfast was varied with delicious cakes, breads, meats and cereals. The hotel is in a perfect location with the beach just a few steps from the door, an interesting indian village with museum a short walk away and the bus to down town stopping right outside the hotel. Hotel staff always very polite and helpful even when I struggle to speak Portuguese. We definitely recommend this place.

Dear people responsible for the Hotel Coroa Vermelha Beach All Inclusive,
I am writing with great concern and disappointment regarding a recent experience my parents had purchasing a travel package with your company and lodging at your resort.
My parents chose to celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary with a special trip to the Coroa Vermelha Resort in Porto Seguro, Bahia, through 123 Milhas. However, upon arriving at the resort, they were abruptly informed that their reservation had been canceled without any prior notice or plausible justification.
This situation had an overwhelming emotional impact on my mother, to the point that she sought help from a psychology professional to deal with the despair caused by this experience. My father also faced serious difficulties.
It is extremely regrettable that the Coroa Vermelha Resort did not provide any support or assistance to my parents during this time of distress. The suggestion that they should purchase another accommodation, as if travel were a mere disposable luxury, is unacceptable and falls short of the standard of service expected from a reputable accommodation establishment.
This trip represented a long-time dream for my parents, and what should have been a memorable celebration turned into a traumatic event. As a daughter, I am deeply concerned about the devastating impact this experience had on my parents' lives.
In this context, I would like to understand what measures are being taken to remedy this situation and ensure that other customers do not have similar experiences. Additionally, I am sharing this narrative on social media and online review platforms with the goal of alerting others to this unfortunate experience.
I sincerely hope that 123 Milhas and the Coroa Vermelha Resort treat this incident with the seriousness and urgency it deserves, working to rectify the situation appropriately. I am eagerly waiting for your answer.

I was staying with my daughter at Coroa Vermelha Beach Resort - All Inclusive from 23-03-24 to 30-03-24 and I don't recommend it to anyone. Hotel full of “rules” that anyone on vacation wants to enjoy and rest. For example: * Swimming pool: 8am still closed 7pm closes for maintenance; * Towels: you can only take one per day per person, if you went to the pool and the towel is wet and you want to go to the beach you cannot change it; * Natural juice: there is no natural juice in the hotel, nor outside the all-inclusive if you want to buy it (which is already absurd in a hotel that calls itself a 4-star resort; * Fruit for lunch/dinner only like fruit salad, fresh fruit only for breakfast (watermelon, papaya, melon, apple and mango) no day had grapes and bananas for example; * Coconut water is only available on the beach and until 5pm, if you want to drink coconut water in the pool, for breakfast, lunch or dinner, it is not available; * Zero soda is not available in the minibar; * Ice cream only at the pool until 5pm; * There is no hairdryer in the rooms; * Pulp-only juices, which are sweetened in soft drinks, two flavors available; * Snacks on the beach are available with 3 proteins (fried manjubinha, sun-dried meat, chicken fillet) on no day did we have fish fillet or shrimp, there are also fries and fried cassava; * You have to serve yourself everything, there is no waiter to serve you, there is no a la carte menu; * We spent a week at the hotel and had a Luau and lunch on the beach with live music, on the other days there was live music at the pool from 8:30 pm to 10 pm. Detail, with the pool closed for maintenance. There was no pool party.
Service and service much to be desired for a 4-star resort hotel, which costs an average of R$1,400.00 per night. The hotel really was a disappointment.

My stay was very good, most of the staff were attentive (only the employee who served snacks at the pool bar, who was very rude to guests, could not have been dealing with the public), other than that, the rest of us had no problems, always willing to help, the monitors with the children are very polite and the food is very good.*** The biggest problem is upon arrival with check-in you travel almost 6 hours and when you arrive at the resort you have to wait almost 5 hours with a small child in the resort lobby , I'm not talking about the drink, but about the meal, as there is no place nearby for you to take the children to eat and the resort makes you wait until 3pm, with many arriving in the morning, a lack of respect for the guests, being that on the day he leaves, he leaves early and doesn't even consume anything at the resort***.

When I arrived at the place I had a great impression because the employee at the turnstile is super polite, however, when I arrived at reception I changed my mind.
NEGATIVE POINTS:
1) The environment is busy, I did not receive necessary information such as where the meals took place, nor how the beach hut operated. 2) I asked at check-in what the last day at the resort would be like and was told that I could stay until 3:00 pm with access to the restaurant, but that was not what happened. When I checked out, my family was in the beach tent, as we understood that we could stay until 3:00 pm, but I was forced to leave the place straight away, having been informed that I could only stay for lunch, that is, at the reception waiting for lunch or in the restaurant eating, ridiculous. 3) The food is not good enough to extend the stay by paying an additional R$100.00 per hour; 4) The girl who runs the burger restaurant seems to only sleep in jeans, as she is incapable of expressing sympathy; 5) It is important to highlight that there are times to access ice cream and popsicles, and that there is no information about this, not even signage on site, which put me in a delicate situation with my son, as we entered the queue, and right at the our time the girl took the sign and said: IT'S OVER; 6) The restaurant is small and hot, we asked them to turn on the air and they didn't. 7) The pool is also very restricted.
STRENGTHS
1) The biggest positive point of the hotel is the politeness of the doorman (I think his name is Cláudio) and the bar staff, they are super helpful; 2) The cleaning team is also friendly and the room remained clean throughout the stay; 3) Oh, there's the guy who makes the tapioca who is EXTREMELY polite.
COST BENEFIT
If I were asked about a possible return, I would say that only under exceptional conditions, as I actually did not consider the cost-benefit of the establishment viable. And, regarding the possible nomination, I believe that anyone who has read everything I wrote will understand that no, I do not recommend it.
