Great location, you can easily explore SM Baguio,
Session Road, Burnham park, Rose Garden, people's park, night market from here just by walking. We availed the corpo voucher, wala silang buffet breakfast kasi per order siya, although stated sa voucher na buffet. Room needs improvement, comfort room is dirty. Service needs improvement as well, deadma ibang staff, kami pa unang bumabati 😅 Mejo mabaho sa dining area nila, and mejo mabagal pag serve ng food (30 mins for 2 breakfast meal).

This is the third time I am staying at a Eurotel property and for some odd reason there is always something missing.
Upon entering the property you will immediately notice how clean the lobby is. The staff is extremely friendly and "TRY" to be helpful until you really need help.

My first night, arriving after midnight. I was offered a 12 hour stay which is a lower price and was told 1350 pesos. Later that day I noticed billboard around the city advertising the same room as a promo for 888 pesos.

Entering my room and I was ready for a shower. No hot water. Internet kept on being interrupted. The furniture, bed, desk, chair are a bit dated as is the shower head and handles.
When I pointed out to the staff that I was overcharged for my first night they smile and said sorry. When I ask do be reimbursed for the difference they said yes and walked away. I guess I come back later ? 4 hours later I talked to the manager who told me to give him 2 hours to solve the refund. Really ? Is it that hard to give the money back you overcharged me?
Second day, no hot water again. I called the desk, a employee came to the room and without checking he told me that the pipes were broken and they will give me another room. Does that mean they know all along that there is no hot water in the room and rent them out anyways?
While with my backpack halfway over my shoulder, my luggage open and on top my shoes, toilet bag, shirts hanging over. There are 2 employee standing there and as I walk down the hallway they ask me if I needed help? Really? You are so helpful. You see me trying to get it all which I didn't. You see me picking it all up and walk funny down the hallway and you ask me if I need help? Yeah, I do, but YOU should have just reached out and help. Never heard back from the manager and my refund.
This room, the trash bin is missing, The dirty grout in the shower and dirty spots on the wall would be so easy to remove and would improve the room so easily.

This hotel, if booked online with a discount is still worth staying anywhere between $20 to $30.00 depending on location and season. But if you pay the full price when checking in, then there are far better deals in town.

This chain has so much potential and I have to blame it on the management and their lack of attention to details.

The potential is there, rooms are not bad, staff very friendly. But not trained well enough to be helpful, not attentive enough to see the missing detail to make this a desirable place to stay.

I am not giving up on Eurotel and I am glad I can post here my frustration which hopefully one day will be noticed and improve by their company.

If this review is helpful to you, then please, give it a thumbs up :)

I knew the hotel from Manila but I haven't tried to check it. I thought that they will give a great service as they already have a lot of branches. But I was wrong. Starting from the check-in counter, ordering of food from the menu, complimentary water and borrowing an iron I was frustrated. Me and my fiancé waited for an hour or more before the receptionist attended to us. They said, the rooms are occupied and it was a peak season. I found it funny coz I booked the room a month before our check-in date. After waiting for more than an hour, then they have a room to give to us. We ordered food the following day after we finished I called the front desk to get the plates and tray and we waited for so long before the room service pick them. On our last day, I asked for complimentary bottled water, the receptionist told me that they only provide complimentary water on the first day of check-in so I told her that if I only reserved 1 night then the next guest won't get a bottled water? She said it's the hotel policy. I also borrowed an iron then the lady told me that the other room borrowed the iron, so I told her to send it to my room once the guest returned it. I waited for more than an hour and the iron didn't arrive, so I called again to ask and she said the guest haven't returned it. so I told her to get it back first to give to me and I will use the iron for a while then I will return it immediately. I think they should change the iron as the plug is loose and it might cause accident. You really need to improve. From monitoring the room reservation until the services of the crew. They are all crappy!

This hotel is HIGHLY recommended because one of the best HOTEL STAFF we experienced! Very accommodating and hospitable. From the Security staff, to Doorman, to FrontDesk should be awarded as the Hotel of the Year in Baguio City. I didn't expect they will accommodate my request promptly. The Staff accompanied us until we safely and conveniently reached our room!

Arived at the hotel after a long bus ride just wanted to check in & take a shower when I got in the room first thing I noticed was no working safe the fittings were broken & old the mattress was stained & dirty the room had no windows in it a complete dump would never stay there again would sooner sleep in the near by park lol. The management need not reply to my review to aplogise because as they have apologised to other guests on here, then done nothing about it. Below are pictures of the dirty mattress. You can clearly see for yourself that's not acceptable when your paying 2,750 pesos a night. But when asked to change the mattress they did so. But should have been done in the first place. Also no fridge in the rooms not asking for a lot just a clean room with a fridge in & working things like the safe & TV lol. Also very noisy.

I've stayed in a couple of eurotel around the country and this is the worst ever.. First, the front desk staffs are irritating including there supervisors. They will stare at you as if you are doing something bad. During the breakfast time, these people from the FD makes terrible noises. They are talking and throwing jokes to each other very loud that is so irritating to the ears as if they are at there own home. No copier in the business hotel? this should be joke. Second, the room is so bad, small, poor quality pillow and bed, outdated menus, no wifi, tv with no remote controller, not working safe, non refilled amenities. On my next Baguio stay, i will not stay here again..

We had an awesome experience staying here. It's one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at. The place is clean, the room is very cozy, staff are very friendly and the breakfast is so good. It's one of the hotels in Baguio that I highly recommend. Will definitely be coming back here again on our next vacation
