Burnham Suites is very near the center of Baguio, walking distance to Burnham Park, the Baguio Market, Session Road but is in a quiet road next to Lourdes Church. Rooms were large, bed was confortable. The only problem being that if you are in the top (7th) floor you have no internet access. I had to connect in the lobby or breakfast area. Other than that and the long time for water in the shower to become hot (you waste so much water letting the tap run over) this is a hotel I would stay in again and recommend.

Me and my GF stayed in this hotel last Feb.22 to 25 (Panagbenga Festival 2014) . I was advice to book a room 2 months in advance since its peak season in Baguio due to the PANAGBENGA festival . My friends recommended to me this hotel(they said the location is great, which i agree), and to choose a room with PARK view . I booked the room last December 05,2013,I even put what I want on the Special Instructions. In short, everything was properly done, Did I mentioned that I even send an email to confirmed my reservation last Jan.17?,,,Well, I did .. Thinking that everything is OK, I said to myself that this will be the best vacation for me and my GF...But I was wrong :(

We arrived at Baguio at around 4 pm , Saturday, Feb. 22 and went directly to the hotel to rest after a 10 hrs travel from MANILA to Baguio. The first info that I received from the manager is that the room is not AVAILABLE because of some renovations/maintenance...What??? Are they forgetting that its PANAGBENGA , wherein thousands of people from different places will be visiting BAGUIO ?..nice timing....
Anyways , to cut the story short, We didn't get the room that we paid for..
We transferred rooms 3x for different reasons...1ST ROOM (701)Not Park VIEW, Manual Heater and Water Dripping from AC...2ND ROOM-216 ( they said was the upgrade) was OK, but it was a connecting room wherein you can hear the persons in the other room, not to mentioned that they did not clean the room when we requested it .. Yes ,we put the sign on the door before we leave...3rd room -505(they said its Premiere room) - its almost perfect if only the battery of the AC remote control was working...
Worst part? We had to asked for a complimentary discount and late check out, they did not offer any of these for our inconvenience.Stress is the last thing that we expected on a vacation..
Lesson Learned? Always expect the unexpected if you will visit and stay in this hotel.

Room is large enough for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. Bed is comfortable enough. Bathroom is ok but not as clean as I have expected. You cannot use hotwater also for a long time. There's a note in the bath saying the heater only works for a few mimutes and automatically shuts off. I don't know why....good enough for a night's stay.

I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights together with my family. This hotel is situated in a perfect place in Baguio. It is just across the Burnham Park, walking distance to SM Baguio and Cathedral. Services rendered were extra ordinary. Price range for 4 pax for 3 days and 2 nights: Php 5,500.

Had planned to stay for 2 nights. We left 5am after the first night. We woke up having to pick the bed bugs off our skin and clothes. I never seen bed bugs before but seen then on tv. So i looked at the bottom box spring mattress and found all the corners crawling with bed bugs. Im happy they let me leave early and not have to pay for the 2nd night that i was not going to stay.

Hoping for a romantic Anniversary Trip to a well know tourist destination in the Philippines, I choose Burnham Suites. I booked 3 nights based on ratings from travel sights.
1. The room is not a suite, just an average room. Refurbished with a plastic flooring, no carpet. 2. Promised free wireless in the room, does not work, has never worked. 3. Picture of Hotel shows greenery, like in the park, but no, just another building along a busy street. 4. On a very busy-noisy street, trucks, loud bikes, sirens and a security guard with a loud whistle. 5. Bath towel, worn with holes. 6. Cup saucer at breakfast was cracked with sharp edges. 6. Front desk not helpful. 7. Only one elevator working. 8. No top sheet, just fitted bottom sheet with a poly comforter. Either too hot with comforter on top, or too cold without. 9. Dining room service inattentive, had to walk to servers to get anything.

We checked out after 2 nights in disgust. Front desk could not print a folio at check out, computer problems.

The good: You can walk to Burnham Park, 5 minutes. You can walk to the Local Market, 10 minutes. Included Breakfast was good with a second cup of coffee. Room was clean.

Although the off season with few rooms occupied, the Hotel was unable to provide a satisfactory holiday for us. The staff is too busy making talk and fooling around to understand that guests are present and need attention, poor staff training and a poor understanding by Management of Hospitality.

We stayed at baguio burnham suites last May 27-29, 2016. I made a reservation online to make sure we will be accomodated once we get there since we were a big group. I booked 3 rooms and paid the whole amount since it was the reqt of the hotel via XCALIBER. After few hours I received an email from the hotel declining my bookings for 2 rooms for non availability. So I booked directly with the hotel then, and informed me that my payment online will be refunded. I paid my bills upon check out. But I was still charged by the XCALIBER of my online booking when my statement of account was received!!!! Mr. Randel (something like that) of burnham assured me that XCALIBER will charge back the amount, i made several follow ups thru email to burnham but they are no longer answering my querries. A VERY DISGUSTED GUEST HERE!!!! NOT RECOMMENDABLE HOTEL TO ANYONE. Is that your modus Baguio Burnham Suites and XCALIBER?

Over-priced with unprofessional and uncaring management. These people truly do not care for you. If you want to have a good time on your trip, don't bother staying at this place. There are better options, especially for the price.

The hotel is a little bit nice. Only, the soap is like a detergent soap and the toothpaste has a bitter taste. It's good that I brought my own toiletries. The amenities are placed in the lavatory. No shelf. The towels are hanged far from the shower and above the toilet bowl. The bed is hard. Extra towel costs P30/pc. No available hair dryer inside the room. I still needed to ask the front desk officer to bring me one.
