on arrival we noticed it was a very big hotel, we got to the reception and thought for once 5* means 5* as we have travelled many countries they differ to what 5* is. we were greeted by a friendly receptionist called Yasin, a porter was called who gathered our suitcases, we were booked into our booked standard room, but Yasin said as there are not many guests this time of year some suit rooms were available at extra discounted rate, we agreed to view the standard room which was nice but got to see the suite room too, we really like the upgraded suit room with its view of the sea and spaces for my partner and 7year old first time flying experience abroad, i decided to upgrade at a little extra cost. The suit room was very big consists of 2 double size rooms, tv in each room with a shared inner walk in door, which meant my son could be comfortable and stay/play without worrying on steeping on our toes lol. rooms were clean and bedding was clean and changed everyday with new towels/toiletries. we stayed all inclusive the facilities were great, breakfast to dinner and late snaking was great, plenty to choose from. all the staff was very helpful and even didn't mind my son asking for a rainbow drink every 10mins took some time to make as for the colour mix, they were always smiling and helpful, couldn't fault it. The hotel is very well presented and indoor pool was great for my son too with the weather season being at times cold, access to the gym,sauna, steam room and pool was very handy, this hotel had it all, kids club for kids was very professional and a good additional if couples wanted to get away on the sea front. i would definitely recommend and stay here again.

We are currently staying at this property and we are amazed by the attention of all employees since the moment we arrived. From the reception desk to the entertainment crew everyone was so nice and welcoming that we feel like we are at home. Relaxed atmosphere, great, clean rooms maintain daily, perfect spa and experienced medical masseuses, food beyond believe and great night entertainment for everyone. The beach is few steps away, snack bars are fully running in two spots all day, pool and surroundings are cleaned and tested constantly. We feel safe and happy and we cannot wait our upcoming adventures. Thank you all for making this vacation real gem after heavy last summer. We need it!

Do not be fooled by the good and excellent reviews. The rooms do not show that in the pictures they are damaged, in the bathroom there is dampness and mold. The walls are dirty and the beds creak at any movement. , as well as the ceramic tiles on which it is attached (see pictures). Although the sink fell in our bathroom and we stayed with the smell of silicone for 4 days, no one noticed to move us to another room. On the first day of accommodation, although I paid for the room with a double bed, I received two single beds. At the reception they tried to offer us a room with another 200 euros extra, as a sign of kindness starting from the first day. In the afternoon we could not rest because every day either the woman came to clean, or the hotel plumbers came, or a lady who did technical checks.
Also in the bathroom from time to time all kinds of odors came from the sewer.
The hotel is not a Resort but rather a hotel from the communist period without any trace of modernization.
Don't be fooled, there is nothing safe in their ads.
The beach is full of stones and very small, deep water and sometimes dirty, and if you want to have a sunbed among the first rows you have to give extra money to a beach boy who fills all the sunbeds with towels from the hotel.
At the restaurant the food is mostly semi-prepared, nothing natural. The employees were instructed not to offer food as requested by the client and they also looked at you badly if you wanted more.
The coffee was bad, the juices were made of syrup with ice or mineral water, the tea multiplied with water, the food left over from lunch was served in the evening. Although we asked for the money back only for the days when we were bothered, they said that they are sorry with all their hearts, but they can't.
The hotel is mostly for retirees who eat anything, or people who come to the sea for the first time and stay alone in the hotel.
The location of the hotel is far away as there is nothing in the area to visit.
The organization in the hotel is deficient.
The hotel is two stars and has nothing in common with a Resort.
I think the hotel management gave a lot of money to receive 5 stars.
It's nothing they say ... safe tourism.

This hotel is the worlds most worst place you can visit. The most worst staff they have. Half of the staff does not speak English and when you try to communicate with them they become rude and abusive. The rooms stinks like a fish market. The hotel is so dirty that i felt like throwing up. The rooms have no iron facility. They don’t even give you tissue paper or napkins with food. The hotel food smells super bad. The towels in the room are at least 10 years old, stained And white towels have become yellow and they haven’t changed them. I had the worst experience staying with them and would not recommend anyone to book with them. You will only be wasting your hard earned money!!!!! This is not a hotel it is a disappointment! The staff is extremely rude! The hotel manager is so busy that he/she does not have time to speak with the guests.

Regarding your complaints .. we would like to note that in addition to you, about five hundred people rest in the hotel every day .. and we, as Guest managers, do our best to be aware of the complaints and inconveniences that have arisen during the rest and we are always happy to help each guest .. It's a pity that your charm so sensitive to odors as the food cannot without smell. At the same time, there was no goon from other guests about the bad smells in room and cleanliness of the hotel. It's a pity that all clean and white towels were offered to all our guests, and you got exactly the old and yellow ones. At the same time, there was not a single complaint about old towels from other guests. It's a pity that you did not contact us and inform us. Also we are not provıding irony to the room and it mentıoned in conception. We have laundry service. We hope to see you again among our guests. I went with my best friend and her mum on this holiday and we all had an excellent time, I would recommend for family and friend groups. The hotel and cleanliness is great the rooms and beds get cleaned/changed daily. The pool area and indoor pool is great and very clean with an easy accessible beach all you have to do is go under a tunnel connected to the hotel and there are toilets inside so when you’re at the beach you can use the loo without having to go all the way to the main hotel. All inclusive was incredible especially the deserts, there could be a little more variety the sections seem to serve similar foods daily. Stayed in room 631 with the view of the beach and pool area. Great hotel and spa facilities are free Turkish bath, sauna and steam room. Massages are an extra fee but quite expensive in the hotel, there is a massage place 2/4 mins walk away with decent prices and charging in Lira not Euros or Dollars. I would hook excursions online it’s cheaper the hotels have quite high prices.

From the moment we arrived we were met with smiles and great hospitality.
The family bedroom has 2 rooms separated by the adjoining bathroom, both room have a smart TV. The rooms are of a great size with minibar and safe as standard.
The hotel facilities are excellent. The indoor pool, spa and gym are of a high standard. The outdoor pool is the largest I’ve seen in a hotel! The pool area is spotless, towels are provided, the water is a great temperature and crystal clear all the time and no sunbed wars! The private beach is accessible through an underpass so safe for children and the beach beds are also free and ample to meet the number of guests who need them.
The food in all the restaurants is freshly cooked, a wide selection available, high quality and again a spotless environment. The staff are brilliant. Always smiling, always willing to help, in particular Dilek Bayram went the extra mile, a huge thank you to her for her service and smiles.
We will be back at this hotel again, great holiday, great experience made better by this hotel.

We were greeted on arrival by a great reception at front of house. Our room was upgraded to a family sea and mountain view which was excellent. The hotel is fantastic with great food and a good all inclusive drinks selection. The location is quite central which is great if you're looking to get out and about. The pebble beach is easily accessible and the water is crystal clear. If you want a sandy beach a trip to Lara beach will cost around £10 each way in a taxi. Taxis are relatively cheap and we used them to go to Duden waterfalls and take the cable car ride to the nearby mountain rather than purchase an excursion from the tour agent. The animation team are very good and there are activities daily. The pool area was relatively quiet during our stay but that's no bad thing and there was no fight for a sun lounger during the day. My only gripe is that the main pool doesn't have a shallow end (140cm depth all around) so my youngest couldn't really swim there. Overall though, we had a fantastic time and I would recommend the Porto Bello hotel.

I think it’s very good food. The rooms are very clean and oftenly being cleaned also the beds are very comfortable. Another thing about the hotel is that’s it’s all inclusive witch means at all meals there’s a bufe and the food is for everyone no matter where your from or what u don’t want or want it. When we arrived in our room it was clear that it had not been cleaned. There were hairs in the shower, the toilet was dirty with stains from previous guests and there were multiple hairs in our bed.
When reporting to Guest Relations they were supportive and tried to help. They passed on our complaint to Housekeeping. We were told the issue would be resolved, however when we returned to our room we still found hairs in our bed and the toilet still dirty.
We asked Guest Relations for help again and we're told Housekeeping would visit the room to clean. We went for dinner and when we returned to the room (around 10pm) nobody had visited the room. Guest Relations had finished their shift and there was no one to help us. We ended up on our first night having to remove hairs from our bed and rearrange linen..... Very poor.
The next morning we spoke to Guest Relations again and Housekeeping visited the room and we actually managed to get a bed free of hairs and they cleaned the toilets.
However the hair free bed only lasted a few days as by the middle of trip we started to notice hairs in our bed again. By this point we were so annoyed and didn't even see the point of complaining. We ended up going to the housekeeping pantry on our floor and helping ourselves to clean linen.
Hotel is in need of refurbishment in certain areas. And some staff lack basic customer service skills in terms of being welcoming.
Good points - Our room was nice despite cleaning issues. The main restaurant has good plentifull food options and beach has a nice vibe. Sema the beach towel lady was very nice and guest relations also.
Not a 5 Star hotel, more like 3 Star
