Bisma Cottages is Ubud’s best value boutique accommodation. Situated between Monkey Forest Road and Raya Ubud in the town area. Bisma Cottages is only 5 minutes walk to Ubud Monkey Forest and 15 minutes to Ubud Palace, Market, Campuhan Ridge Walk, Yoga Barn, Pison Coffee and Bebek Bengkil. Bisma Street has restaurants, coffee places, spas, shops, yoga shala’s and rice fields too ! Choose from three different accommodation styles. One and Two Bedroom Cottages are wooden Bali bungalow style with a balcony overlooking the tropical garden and only a few steps to the swimming pool. We had an excellent stay at Bisma Cottages, great staff and nice rooms. It is located close to the main attractions in Ubud and the hotel have excellent tours available for exploring Bali (an absolute must!)

This is the second time we have stayed here and we LOVE IT !
When you think Ubud accommodation Bisma Cottages ticks every box, calm, tranquil, comfy beds, clean, refreshing pool, visually stunning backing on to traditional rice paddies and a stones throw to town center.
Location is definitely a plus here as you can walk to the Monkey Forrest, restaurants and shopping which means Bisma Cottages appeals to the every person, solo traveler, families, yogis, romantics its brilliant.
We stayed in the Deluxe Cottage Bedroom which has a lovely view of the rice paddies behind with a modern feel. The Cottage Bedrooms are also so cute and give you that real feeling of I'm holidaying in Bali.
The staff are so welcoming and accommodating they really help you feel at home here in which they pride themselves on. They offer organized Ubud day trips for you at very affordable prices which is awesome as it saves you going out haggling with operators that may be less trusting.
We booked our accommodation with Bisma Cottages on their direct platform and received a free floating breakfast and it was lovely, the perfect way to start your day.
Thanks Kelly and staff we had an amazing stay cant wait to come back and visit your Ubud Oasis again soon.

My son and I recently had a short break at Bisma Cottages and enjoyed the stay immensely. The rooms were clean with good size bathrooms and outside sitting area. The bedding was also very clean and it all looked new. In the room the fridge was super handy as I was traveling with a small person who loves snacks. The jug of water (rather than plastic bottles) was much appreciated and refilled as needed too. The pool area is well maintained with comfy sunbeds and space to relax. The staff were super friendly and welcoming (see photo!) and were there to help with booking a table for dinner and any other things we needed. Will definitely be back! Thank you team!

Amazing place to stay with friends or even with your partner. Service here is amazing and also rooms are cozy. Rooms has there own hand sanitizers and wet tissues (since the pandemic this comes in really handy). Best part is that the place do really care about the environment, no plastics! Amazing place to tryout when in around Ubud

We just had five glorious nights at Bisma Cottages.
It was an asset to have Kelly there to guide us and answer any questions we had from what to do right through to the Balinese culture. The staff were always on hand and were very kind and sweet.
Breakfast was served to our balcony each morning and they catered to our dietary requirements. If you need gluten free bread just let them know at least a day before arriving.
The location felt remote yet was still central to the centre of Ubud and we walked to most places. We could escape the heat swimming in and sitting by the refreshing pool and amongst the gorgeous greenery.
There is a laundry just across the road and a couple of spas nearby too. The taxi company out the front were also helpful, friendly and take you where ever you wanted to go.
We celebrated a birthday during our stay and received a lovely surprise of a message in flower petals when we returned at the end of the day. A very special touch.
Bisma Cottages would be great for the solo traveller, friends, couples or a small family.

This was our third time to stay at Bisma cottages. We now always come and stay at Bisma Cottages when we come to Bali. We always choose their Deluxe cottage with a rice fields view as it’s a great value. The room has a huge balcony and we love sitting there in the morning to have a coffee or later afternoon to see sunset from there. It is so relaxing and peaceful. Their pool area is also cute, surrounded by well looked after garden. Staff are very welcoming and helpful, we love seeing their beautiful smiles. Bisma cottages is located in central Ubud, there are lot of great cafes, restaurants and spas on the street, and also easy walk to town market or palace. Thank you, Bisma cottage staff again, and looking forward to our next visit. We will come back soon.

I stayed at Bisma Cottages for eight nights in July. To say I had the best week of my life would be an understatement! The room was beautiful, well equipped and with excellent Wi-Fi. The pool area is gorgeous too, perfect for relaxing after another amazing day in Ubud. The price is very good value, and the unlimited free filtered water is a lovely touch too. Kelly organised a Tirta Empul water purification day trip and it was simply magical. My second time to Tirta Empul and just as magical as the first. I also was blessed to receive a healing with Darma. Please take my advice and take advantage of this access to a genuine and powerful Balinese healer. I truly believe this session changed my life 🙏 I made two new best friends with the other solo travellers staying at BC while I was there too - we spent every day together and I have never laughed as much in my life 💖 I cried when it was time to leave - that is how special my time at Bisma Cottages was 🥰 And I am already planning my next trip to return asap! Thank you Kelly, Darma, Kadek and Putu for making my stay the best EVER 🙏 I miss you all already.

Solo female traveler I felt very comfortable here its small very quaint and the pool wasn’t busy had it to myself most days which was awesome. It’s walking distance to all major attractions primarily rice fields which I love and was so impressed to see them within 10mins walking out of Bisma Cottages there were tons of rice fields and incredible scenic walks. I Chose the rate that was room only as I like to explore different cafes. I’m on a mega fitness programme so Was so awesomely surprised to find the most unbelievable food which was not only Healthy but so incredibly delicious. I enjoyed some other activity’s like water temple sound healing at the pyramids of chi all which was preorganised by Bisma Cottages. So on booking your accommodation with Bisma Cottages I highly recommend you chat to them and get these amazing activities locked in. I could not recommend Bisma Cottages enough do yourself a favour and lock in a holiday here you will not regret it.

What can i say decided to head up to ubud with my son and can say it was one of the best trips ever. The bisma cottages are placed in the best spot, the bisma street itself is filled with many great bars and returaunts, the staff is very accomidating and friendly. Rooms were emaculant and the pool was amazing the staff orginised white water rafting for us the whole experience was just amazing,contridiction to what people may think about ubud the vibe is so different to what people have said. We will be back very soon.

Bisma Cottages provided me with a relaxing week in Ubud. The staff were very welcoming and provided support throughout my stay, including help with booking trips. The room was comfortable and well maintained. The location is a 5-10 minute walk from the centre of the village, with plenty of shopping and eating options.
