The hotel is located 10 minutes walk from Ubud center
Must say that the crew is very professional, we had a lot of questions and they made sure we will know everything every time (even at night)!
Everything was very clean,
Bed was comfortable, AC was awesome.
Near the pool there’s a great Restaurant that cooks wonderful Indonesian dishes.
The Shower has great hot water, Room was big, and we had place to put the luggages.
The Hotel is really well designed. Everything is inside the jungle, everything is very green!
Don’t need anything else.
We will come again for sure,
Thanks for everything.
Shachar and Adi.
2. Good breakfast(American-limited)
3. Free shuttle to ubud Centre - coco market with different time slot. 1st shuttle at 11am. Or pay IDR 50K and they will drop you to ubud Centre any time.
4.We booked Deluxe Room with rice field view. Ossom view of rice field.

As a frequent traveler to Bali in general and Ubud in particular, I would have to say there are more quality resorts available at about the same price. May be better once the building work is over with and the 'new' resort settles down. In that case, think 2013 before visiting.
Breakfast was not buffay , we were given a choice either of Indonesian breakfast, american, etc. However, it was tasty and was served to us on our table. Some renovation was going on in the hotel, hence it was noisy during the day time but that was also okay , as we were out most of the time during day. Location was not in central ubud, so if you like the market and restaurants nearby then this is not the place for you.
We had room 112, which was a 'deluxe bungalow'. It had lovely views of a rice paddy and was situated about halfway between the entrance/front office and the pool/restaurant area along a lovely little path.
Firstly, the positives:
1. The aircon worked really well, which was great for the warm nights.
2. The bed was fairly comfortable and we slept well.
3. The mosquito nets around the bed were good but we didn't need them. There weren't that many mosquitos which was surprising considering the amount of water around the place.
4. The bathroom was large and made almost entirely of marble which kept things cool.
5. As I said, the staff were really lovely and made our stay enjoyable.
6. The shuttle service was amazing! They will drop you off into central Ubud and pick you up any time you call, which was super convenient. It is definitely a walkable distance between the hotel and central Ubud but it is uphill along some crappy pathways which can be a little treacherous at night or in the heat of the day.
7. The rooms were generally clean and bins were emptied every day, beds were made etc.
8. It was very quiet at night with the sounds of nature and no traffic. Great hotel for anyone that loves being close to nature.
Now the less positive points (none of which I thought were important/significant enough to alert the staff to):
1. The toilet couldn't quite handle having toilet paper in it and being flushed, and tended to 'run' indefinitely unless you fiddled with the flush handle. Bali plumbing is not like Australian plumbing.
2. Sometimes the air con had water dripping out of it, but we did have it running almost all the time so that was understandable.
3. Sometimes there were small ants around, but these were gone every day when housekeeping fixed up the room.
4. Sometimes the WiFi was a bit touchy, it tended to either drop out or weaken at certain times but everywhere in central Ubud has Wifi so that wasn't a huge problem.
5. The shower head was a little crazy. It's an open shower (inside the bathroom) but I'd suggest taking it off its holster and using it like a hose, otherwise the bathroom will get soaked. We didn't use the bath.
6. We had a massage in the on site spa which was okay (had to book an hour in advance) but there are even cheaper and nicer places in central Ubud along the main roads so I'd suggest venturing out to the city and walking around to find somewhere else.
Honestly it wasn't as bad as some people on here say; conversely, it's not as brilliant as some of the reviews suggest. We had a great time here, and the staff were great, and the shuttle service was great. If you don't have super high expectations you'll be fine. I'd stay here again happily.
