This was our second time at Siva Resort and were recognized by many employees we met the first time we had personally a very positive and gratifying vacation. We are very thankful to all employees for providing us with an outstanding vacation experience. We can not mention all of them, however the ones we had most contact and responsible for our great experience. The localization and the vision are perfect. Most of the rooms have beautiful frontal sea view. IT is in 10 Minutes safe walking distance to the commercial and entertainment area “Soho Square” and about 10 Minutes by Taxi from the Airport. Although the Airport is close, you hardly hear the Airplanes landing or taking off. Also you have direct access to many maritime activities directly from the floating peer. The hotel has a unique frontal view to the red sea, as none has in that region. The others have manly lateral sea view. Even better is the view from the restaurant, special at night with full moon. The rooms a big enough and well cared by the house keeping team and they show great respect for the private belongings of the guests. The reception team is very educated and respectful and always helpful if you need them, even on indications about trips outside the hotel. The food is good, you may vary yourself through the different daily offerings and the waiters and the chefs are very attentive and always ready to offer us a special experience. Also the employees at the beach and of the animation are very attentive, respectful and funny.
The experience at the restaurant at any time were not the same, when Mahmoud and Abdo were not there, both hard workers, as one may easily observe, they always had a moment to joke, make a special service or teach us some arab terms. For the food on our plates, Mr. Sayed (Chef) always surprised us with something special. At the reception we were attended always greatly by Mr. Karim and at the beach by Jamil, which made us feel secure and the energetic and very nice Ana from the animation team. We indicate this hotel for many reasons, but the most important, what will make us return soon (inschallah) are the employees, the attention and the dedication we got from them to make our vacation perfect. As I started to read tripadviser I was really surprised about the huge amount of bad comments. We spent 2 weeks in this hotel and even if there were some deficiencies we enjoyed our holliday. After covid we felt thankful for the opportunity to find a hotel which has so good money value and location. The main reason why we choose this hotel was the coral reef immadiately in front of the hotel. As a diver with 70+ dive in red sea I have not expected to see as many fish as I saw here, e.g. napoleon, titan trigger, moray, bluespotted stingray, masked puffer etc.. I saw these types only on diver boat safary. We also had problem with the hot water but to be honest, who want to to use hot water in 40 degrees? It's not a ski tour, come on... Food, I have a food allergy, I need to keep a gluten free diet, so I brought a card in arabic about this illnes and the main chef was absolutely helpful, he showed me what I can eat. The quality of the food was great to me, even though I can't eat gluten so can't eat anything contain flour, so no cake, bread, pasta, biscuits and I also not eat sugar. With that I was also able to eat several types of food and with good taste! Restaurant service, I think I can't write s bad world to any of the waiters here. All of them has friendly smile and try to make us satisfied. Only bad thing is the out of working air condition inside the main restaurant and the annouying flys, but we got used to it. Bars, I would like to highlight a man, named Ibrahim who is a light in the sky. He has very high knowledge about guestholding. He greets every time we met and in my own language what is one of the most difficult in the world. He can make short chats as well and jokes in Hungarian. He made the best drinks to us with the warmest smile so we will miss him a lot. He knows several languages and makes good atmosphere. I upload a photo with him. :) Pool, because I'm pregnant it is not allowed to use any pool so I can say only what I saw and that was an every day time aqua gym with friendly animators and drinking people at the pool bar.
Bad things, really bad is not the hotel's fault... The "russian vodka" drinking nation comes here again. Everybody who ever met them in any kind of all inclusive hotel know what I mean. They are very rude, waste huge amount of food, loud, can't say thank you or please, can't greet back in the lift, etc. So it is a big problem to anyone to deal with it.
I recommend this hotel, we loved it and can't wait to be there again. :)

I really enjoyed the stay in the hotel, i am a regular guest visiting the hotel every year, the staff are very professional and the quality of their services always exceeding my expectations the only thing that the management need to improve the the quality of rooms and food, if you want to make omelet you need to break some eggs. The furniture of the hotel remain the same since 10 years back and even you stopped shuttle buss services to sand beach.
I wanted to express my deep appreciation to the staff overall in front office, concierge, F & B, Animation, Kitchen, HK.
Siva is the best view ever please work on the negative points to let everyone enjoy the great value of the hotel.

First of all it easily the best sea view in Sharm. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The food is so good especially the Italian restaurant, the pasta and the pizza was so good that i thought i was in Milano 😂. The rooms are so clean and decent and the house keeping are on time. And the reception is always available. . The beach is suitable for snorkeling which you can easily buy the goggles from the hotel with suitable prices. The pool is fun to spend time on and they clean it on the daily basis. Best plan for the bronze tan ☺️. The animation team is so funny and friendly with a lot of activities. Its my second time to spend my summer holiday, and wont be the last for sure.

It has the best sea view. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The rooms are so clean and decent and the house keeping are on time. And the reception is always available and polite . The food is so good and the variety of each meal. The beach is suitable for snorkeling which you can easily buy the goggles from the hotel with suitable prices and enjoy a wonderful experience. Siva was a very good choice for the last summer days. The location allows access to many different activities and the diving center offers lots of cool sea activites. The italian restaurant's food was super good and also the staff there. Also,if you want to go anywhere in sharm, there's taxi services to make the experience more easy.

The hotel left a pleasant impression, although at first we had to change the room.But that's ok.
Delicious cuisine, great view from the room and from the restaurant terrace.
Green well-groomed area. Convenient location of the hotel, you can walk to Soho and shops.
The beach area is being cleaned, although tourists do not always bring the cups to the trash can.
An amazing variety of fishes. It is worth reminding tourists more often that fishes cannot be fed with bread, this disrupts the ecosystem and the fish become more aggressive.
Special thanks to the friendly and helpful staff.
Especially Mohamed Salem who was very kind to help with advice and participation. We have repeatedly turned to him for help. 😊

With the food and drink i think everything is fine. the people working there are very kind and attentive, friendly. it was the birthday of one of the family members, we talked to one of the waiters who organized dinner at the Italian restaurant where everything was very delicious and they also baked a cake which was also very delicious. The rooms were clean, cleaning folded towels figurines. The view is beautiful, the wildlife is beautiful. there could have been a few more programs in the evenings, but I think value for money is perfect. At the beach bar, Ibrahim always smiles, is kind, jokes, makes everyone laugh, makes very delicious drinks, knows quite a few words in Hungarian, and is very hospitable. I want to highlight him, everyone is kind, but he always makes people feel good and he is a very good person. He will miss us . Overall, I think it's a super hotel with wonderful people, I'm sure I'll be back here one day!

We spent two weeks in this hotel with friends. Most rooms has an ecellent see view, and they are well equipped, clear, clean, large. The beds are comfortable. The whole staff is polite, friendly and helpful. We liked the food in the main restaurant and also the a'la cart italian restaurant and the bars, too. All the shefs in the rastaurant were very helpful and kind. You can have snacks (pizza and hamburger) at the beach in the afternoon. The beach and pool area is very good, there are many sun beds everywhere. In the see the corals are very nice, you can see many fishes. The see is calm here, you can swim any time, it is really a very good place for snorkelling or diving. The animation team is also very good, helpful, as the beach bar boys who not only serve you drinks but really make your day happy.
