We stayed there for 4 nights 5 days during Christmas 2019.
Nine Tree Premier MD II is located at a perfect location where it is close to central
Myeongdong, and yet not overwhelmed with the crowd in the very busy street.
The rooms are clean and reasonable size for hotels in Myeongdong, and the house keeping is immaculate.
It is convenient as it is walkable distance to metro and airport bus. It is also convenient location to all the buzzing shopping and restaurant in Myeongdong.
I would stay here again next time I visit Seoul.

It's a comfortable 4-night stay. The staff are friendly and helpful and the bedroom is always clean and cozy. It's the time of coronavirus so it feels good about seeing staff wearing a mask and bottles of alcohol sanitizer placed near the door of the hotel. I also like the location of the hotel. There are convenient stores and restaurants nearby and it's just a 5-min walk from the metro station. It's not located centrally in Myeongdong shopping area so it is more silent while feeling safe. Recommended.

Hotel has very good location in my opinion as it's close to 3 subway stations - Myeondong Station, Euljiro 3(sam) ga Station and Chungmuro Station (all about 10 mins stroll), making it very convenient to travel via subway. Hotel room is clean and provides basic amenities. We were only provided with 1 small set of bathing toiletries (body wash, body lotion, shampoo and conditioner) for a triple room, although the set was replenished daily. Another down side is that there is only a hanging hook in the shower room, making it inconvenient and insufficient for hanging of clothes and bath towels.
The 24-hour mart within the hotel is well supplied with food and beverages and stuffs required by hotel guests despite its small space. This is great especially during winter as we can get almost anything and everything without bracing the cold weather. There's also a weighing scale at the lobby for guests use.
For travellers who are satisfied with basic room needs and seeking for proximity to subway stations, this hotel should be able to fit into the bill.
The 24-hour mart within the hotel is well supplied with food and beverages and stuffs required by hotel guests despite its small space. I stayed a total of 8 nights at this hotel with my family.
Location:
An easy 5 minute walk to Euljiro 3 station. It is also takes less than 10 mins to walk to the Myeongdong main shopping street.
There are also plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, bakeries and coffee shops (Starbucks, Ediya Coffee) near the hotel.
There is also a convenience shop located within the hotel.
Room layout:
The twin bed room was very spacious even with a table and sofa. There was plenty of space to walk about even when we opened up two large suitcases. There was also ample room on the bathroom countertop for toiletries. The hotel also provided pillow options for guests to choose from.
However, a glaring negative of the room was the lack of powerpoints by the bedside. This meant that every night two people had to cram by the table where the electrical power point was to charge our phones, powerbanks, use the hair dryer. Being able to charge your electrical devices by your bedside is a given in all modern hotels. Not being able to do so in this room was frustrating.
Service:
Sadly, this was the major letdown of our hotel stay. The level of service we experienced seemed greatly dependent on the staff’s proficiency in English. One lovely female staff who was very proficient in English was able to help us find a restaurant to order food on a very busy Friday night.
However other times, our questions were met with a blank look and the check in experience was frustrating when we arrived late at night.
There was also an unpleasant encounter when two male staff knocked on our room door and said some words in Korean before opening the door very quickly. Thankfully, I (a lady) had put the chain on the door and was fully dressed. I shudder to think what if I was changing halfway or had not locked the door.
Would I stay at this hotel during my next trip to Seoul? Only if they up the training for their staff.

The facilities were good and the staff were very acommodating. The room is very clean and the fridge and the bathroom were well stocked. There is also a computerized self-check in sytem for those who want the option.
Breakfast service can be little better in my opinion but having several restaurants nearby are also a plus in my book, so you can try out a variety of Korean cuisine if you are so inclined. Overall a great place for those who are looking for a place to stay in Seoul.

The hotel is new. All my queries and requests were attended to by the staff who could speak good English. They are very helpful. I also liked the refresh zones where we could get drinking water anytime and could gather members of the family for extra meeting or so. It was conveniently near to our rooms. Location is also good because there are many restaurants in the surroundings and it is walking distance to Myeongdong shopping area. Last entry for breakfast is at 9:30 am and strictly implemented.

Good location within the Myeongdong area to navigate from as home base while maintaining good pricing value. We ended up spending most of our time in the J area but room costs were much higher and we didn’t mind walking. The hotel was well maintained from lobby to rooms. We did not eat meals here so can not comment on that service. The staff were attentive and quickly provided towels when we requested via phone. One thing that was VERY HELPFUL- they have a weigh scale in lobby with a listing of baggage limits by airline. This helped us redistribute our luggage prior to airport so we didn’t have that inconvenience later and avoid paying overage fees! Wish other hotels thought of this!

Great facilities and service by the staff. I had to work one of the days and the lounge on the 18th floor was perfect for it. Special shoutout to the lady staff on 2nd floor restaurant for giving me orange juice when I was deadly ill, thank you for your compassion. The room was well-equipped and it's nice they have a 24hr convenience store on the first floor. Only downside was that they didn't have room service but the food around the area was amazing so not really a need. Location is prime too, just steps away from MyeongDong street without actually being in the dead center of it.
