We had two rooms, both of them were spacious enough, clean, with a balcony with a pool view. Everything was very clean, tidy, new and smelling fresh. New towels were provided everyday, and you can ask for house shoes and bath robes, if you need them. The food was one of the greatest parts of the stay at Isrotel, you have a lot of options, vegan/vegetarian/meat and really nice deserts. It is quite difficult to decide what should you have first, or on that day... All three meals are included, and each is delicious in its offer, and coffee and cake bar in the afternoon. Beside all the things above, I think what was also very enjoyable was the attitude of the staff, very friendly and helpful, always smiling and trying to fulfill your wishes. I was really a pleasure to be their guests. Other from that, the pool is quite big, they have fun activities for the kids, sun beds close to the pool with a nice view.. Plus inside the hotel, there's a sauna and a gym, which we used everyday. And because we were there on NYE there was a small party, with a live band, fireworks at midnight, sweets and champagne and a special dinner.
We were very lucky to choose Isrotel for our stay, and we hope the go back there soon.

Me and my family had two spacious rooms with a pool view which is amazing. The beds are big and comfortable, everything is tidy and clean. The bath is clean and you have everything you need(towels, hair shampoo, conditioner, body shampoo).
The pool is great for adults and also for kids and in the evening they are doing activities for kids near by pool.
The food is definitely perfect, fresh, hot, amazing smell and taste. You have a lot of options to choose which is great! I totally loved that in the morning they are making the omlette or the eggs right when you are requesting it. I love the coffee and the others drinks from the bar.
They have a great gym and sauna, clean and well organized.
I appreciated that they had thrown a party for the New Year Eve, we had special food at the dinner, sweets, champagne and a live band entertaining us.
Also the beach is 5 mins walk from the hotel and the bus station is 3 mins walk which is great! We will definitely come back!

we got two connected room, that was fair clean (we had issue with the mini fridge, that was not working and smiley, but it got replace by customer services)

After reading all these glowing reviews I was expecting something wow , omg how wrong I was , as I sit by the pool in my last day here is my review of this hotel . In check in very quick we were given a room in the 6th floor , it was made up with the sofa bed out , strange for just a couple , my husband pushed it back to find the carpet had not been cleaned , biscuits , hairs , etc , yuck . Quickly sorted out and given 15% off our bill nice touch First nights meal yummy and hot 10 out of 10. Pool very clean the next morning Breakfast good That’s were it ends Lunch think of bad school dinners cold and yucky , that was lunch on Wednesday , so we went to the pool bar , see picture of hamburger , omg looks like dog meat So we stuck to drinks , I don’t speak very good Hebrew but I try and all 3 bar men made fun of me, in front of a bar full of people , how rude I was fuming , their English should be as good as my Hebrew Supper yucky the meat was raw thought it would jump off my plate Breakfast again , we came down 35 mins after it opened to find the eggs ice cold , the pies ice cold and raw inside , To sum it up would we come here again , don’t think so Entertainment , children’s until 9.40 last night then bingo , very disappointed all round Only one bar Beer only in dining room if you want wine only at the bar and that is not open at lunch times , Did not see any ice cream only ice lollies

Excellent experience at your hotel. The room was great, very clean and comfortable, with a very nice view to the lagoon. The food was awesome, with a big variety of products. We stayed at the hotel for four days in full board, which we called "all inclusive". The room we got was big and clean with a wide bed and a small sofa. The bathroom and shower are clean, and there is also a balcony facing the pool. The breakfasts, lunches and evenings were rich with a variety of good and tasty dishes. During meals there was free drinking including beer and wine. Light and hot drinking was free throughout the day. The hotel staff and especially the dining room staff were nice and kind. The hotel is located a short walk from the promenade and the beach which is very convenient. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would love to return.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 days/3 nights. An all inclusive hotel and I loved it! The staff is amazing, helpful, and very friendly. Tamir, the dining room manager was around all the time and making sure all should be well for our group of senior citizens and other guests. I was so impressed to see a waitor with disability working in the dining room just like the other waitors and workers. The hotel is handicapped accessible .The hotel is clean and and our room was spacious and very clean with a nice balcony. We had a beautiful view from the 6th floor. The Lagoona hotel is centrally located to the sea, shopping area, and the promenade. The meals were just delicious and such a huge variety! Amazing salad bar at every meal.Free drinks, coffee all day and 3 meals a days. I highly recommend the Isrotel Lagoona in Eilat ... you will not regret it!

The good The hotel is very nice. Rooms are impeccable spacious and with comfortable large beds. The staff is very helpful and friendly including Alexey (the hotel barista) that is crafting wonderful cappuccinos and espressos.
The bad The hotel is all inclusive, meaning that all meals are served in the buffet restaurant within the hotel. This wouldn’t be a problem with variations in the menus. In reality you get over and over the same things with just minor changes each day. After few days we lost our appetite and we ended up eating out lunch and dinners very often.
The ugly The typical Lagoona customers are families with small children. Therefore there is a constant background noise of kids screaming and crying. Many kids behave terribly in the dining room, screaming and throwing food at other guests. By no mean this is the fault of the hotel, but expect that kind of guests.

It's a great option for a young family travelling from Europe. We stayed with our 8-month old twins at the Isrotel Lagoona in late November for about two weeks. The hotel is great but we really cannot compliment the personnel enough. Especially Marlena was a gem...any requests we had or questions we asked she would turn around in no time. The service was like in a 5* luxury hotel with the buffet food being good and the rooms as you would expect for a 4* hotel. We had a big family room facing the pool which was genuinely quiet and nice. I would definitely recommend the hotel.

I have stayed at the Lagoona Hotel twice in the last few weeks. The most recent trip was a family trip with two 13 year old girls. We decided to return to the hotel, after having stayed there for a work trip briefly. The hotel staff did everything possible to make our stay woמderful. We arrived very early, knowing in advance that we couldn't yet receive our rooms. We were able to use the pool and facilities, and Alex at front desk did everything possible to organise at least one room out of the 2 booked. We received an SMS directly to our phone, much earlier than expected, telling us the room was ready, despite the hotel being fully booked! The rooms and beds were comfortable, with plenty of amenities, and the balcony was an extra bonus for some cool early morning or evening air. The choice of food at all meals was vast, and despite my being a "picky" eater - there was always something tasty for me. The breakfast was fabulous, with the bonus options of freshly made omelet to my liking. One of the waiters even went specially to the bar to get some extra ice for iced coffee! Plenty of beds around the pool - some with a beautiful view of the sea and lagoon as well! The public spaces were kept clean at all times, despite having hundreds of guests in the hotel. Marlena, the guest relations (or PR?) "lady" was extremely helpful and gracious, as were all the staff.
