Very close to Disneyland shuttle or short 15 minute walk to the park itself. Free breakfast was good and saves money with a bigger family. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Clean rooms and the kid's sweet with bunk beds and a pull out couch is a well worth the slight additional cost.

Staff was great, the beds were 10 Stars so comfortable and plush. There was a microwave and a pretty decent size fridge. Love the shower love the room. Love the fact that you get a hot free yummy delicious breakfast along with cereal waffles pancakes was a definite value to start the day off. Next time we'll definitely use a Jacuzzi. I booked you through booking.com 40% offer that was exclusive for T-Mobile Tuesday customers is how I found the hotel. We say $25 on parking as we were offered to leave our car the whole day while we're at Disneyland and even after it closed. We utilize the underground parking to keep our cars cool. Friendly staff friendly housekeeping people just overall the wonderful stay and will be back. Definitely must check out the gift shop seem pretty cool.

When we entered our first room there was a pile of hair in the corner of the first section of the bathroom and stains on the floor. The second section had hairs scattered all over and more spots. The front desk refused to refund us stating that they do not give refunds after the room has been paid for. They instead “upgraded” us to a two room “Spa Suite” and asked housekeeping to double check to make sure there were no hairs in the bathroom. There was still hair including a pubic hair on the floor towel. The manager sent someone over who took a towel and wiped away the hair and removed the pubic hair leaving the towel! The rooms are not upgraded and recently remodeled like they state. They are not practicing additional protocols for cleaning following the CDC and WHO and I doubt the staff is trained in using the PC products or the bathrooms would have been clean! The A/C unit had severe damage to the front and looked like it was going to fall off the wall in both rooms. The furniture was scratched, the doors were dented, the bathroom door didn’t fit and wouldn’t lock and it appeared to have been painted so many times that I wouldn’t doubt one coat was lead based! The only difference between the Spa Suite and the two queen bedroom was the extra spa products. Their pictures are completely misleading!!!! We spent three days of hell there feeling like we were being held hostage because we couldn’t afford to take the hit of paying for the hotel and paying for another one at the end of our two week vacation! I booked the room through AAA where they had a good standing. I am contacting them to look into this property and their misrepresentation. On the last day I did finally meet the General Manager who said they do not have a “no refund” policy and credited us one nights room amount.

This was our second time staying here and it really is close to Disneyland. The breakfast is good and parking is included which is a big plus. On this trip we didn't get the room we reserved (1 bedroom), so we were too crowded in the room we did get. They did let us use the breakfast room to watch our movie with the older kids, while the younger ones slept in the room, so they were as accommodating as possible with a sold out night.

I booked this cute hotel near Disneyland because eberywjere else was $200 or more per night. The great thing about this hotel is how affordable it is including complimentary breakfast and parking. It was convenient and close to the bus station to catch the Toy Story bus line to Disneyland. I don't like staying on the ground floor of any hotel and this hotel was more than happy to accomodate my request. All the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Due to COVID, I have since put the 'do not disturb' sign on my door knob because it minimizes entry to my room. I had NO problems asking for additional linen or toiletries when I needed them. Staff was always friendly and willing to help you. Honestly, if you think about it, it's one less room for the staff to clean that day allowing the staff to focus on room turnovers for new reservations coming in. The room has a nice large fridge and a microwave. Very convenient especially if you like to make or bring your own food or keep left overs. The breakfast was a nice continental breakfast: pancakes, toast, eggs, sausage, coffee, tea, muffin, fruit, etc. It was better than expected; simple but lots of variety. I will be staying here again on my next visit to Anaheim or Disneyland. How can you pass up complimentary breakfast, complimentary parking, and such friendly staff? Not me! Thanks, Cortona! We (4 adults) stayed here for 5 days and 4 night at the end of June (2022). It was a 2 Queen bed hotel room.
I’ll start off by saying for the price, we were happy with our stay here. We came to Anaheim for the VidCon conversation.
The hotel room was old looking but had newer carpet, TV and the beds were comfy and clean. Air conditioner wasn’t the best, you had to have it set pretty cold to keep it cool in the room and the humidity down. The bathroom exhaust fan didn’t really work well, even if you keep the door closed for hours after using it, so the humidity from taking a shower stayed in the room.
A few minor issues a cured which we rolled with so it didn’t hinder our use of the room or make our stay any less enjoyable.
We were gone most every day so mainly used the room for sleeping, changing and showering.
The outdoor pool is tiny and fairly shallow (4.5’ max depth) but was clean and provided lounge chairs, deck chairs and a few tables with umbrellas. There was a small jet heated pool too but we never used it.
The breakfast offerings were okay, nothing special but good enough to fill you up so you had one less meal to worry about for the day, especially if you were going to be gone all day and most of the night.
I was glad they offered fresh apples, oranges and banana’s so I could take one or two with me to snack on later.
The hotel front desk staff and the housekeeping staff were always friendly, helpful and willing to answer any questions you may have. If you had any issues or concerns, they were ready to help.
They even took time to helped me set up an app on my cell phone for a shuttle bus service. They showed me how to use it and gave me directions on where to go to wait for the shuttle.
Over all, we had a good time while we were in Anaheim (California) at the Cortona Inn & Suites. If we were ever to do a trip similar to this one again, we would definitely stay here.
For reference, four adults (3- twenty year old’s and one 50+ yea old Mom) stayed here.

When our original hotel choice for our Disneyland trip fell through weeks before our trip, we had to scramble to choose from what options were left. The Cortona didn't check all of our boxes but seemed to have overall positive reviews. As we were traveling with a family member with mobility concerns, we really wanted a hotel with a shuttle to the park entrance but had to settle for the buses at the Toy Story lot across the street which never made us wait. We had a suite with a king bed in one room and bunk beds in the second room. The mattress on the king size bed was quite comfortable but my teens said the mattresses on the bunk beds were only fair. The AC worked very well in the bunk room but not so well in the king room. The room with the bunks was very spacious but the bathroom was tiny and the king room was on the smaller side. Both the bedrooms and the bathroom were quite clean and the shower had great water pressure. Our room was quite close to the ice machine and we were awakened daily by people filling coolers as early as 5:30 am. The front desk staff were always very helpful and quick to retrieve clean towels for us. There is a complimentary breakfast but the pickings were quite sparse and not of the best quality; the options seemed to get fewer the later into the morning you went, too.

We had a pleasant 4 night stay. Ana at the front desk was able to accommodate a last minute request for a room on the 1st floor. While there are elevators available for those who are unable to walk up steps, she was able to accommodate our request. On our first night, the refrigerator was not working. After a call to the front desk, maintenance quickly completed a service call. After an hour, the refrigerator was still not working. Maintenance stopped by again, and offered to house our refrigerated medications at another location on the property. When we declined the offer, he was able to secure a new refrigerator for the room. We appreciated the quick and friendly service.
The room itself was spacious and clean for our family of 4. The free breakfast is adequate and enough for a quick meal to start the day. The pool is on the smaller side, with 4 ft of depth. The jacuzzi is very small, and it was hot when we stopped by for a dip. The lobby has a small store with various Disney items and snacks. We didn't have a chance to properly peek in. Parking is free. The lot is shared with the hotel next door. Most nights, we were able to park right in front of our room. There was one night where all spots were full. We weren't able to get ahold of someone at the front desk on the phone, but the night security guard informed us that there is additional underground parking for our use. It's a short elevator ride and walk from the neighbor hotel to the Cortona. We were told housekeeping was every 3rd night, but we were welcome to contact the front desk for any needs. Housekeeping surprised us on our 2nd and 3rd day. It was nice to have the trash picked up and a fresh supply of towels.
The hotel is across the street from Disneyland's Toy Story parking lot. It's still a walk to the shuttles, but it's convenient for those who would rather avoid paying the Disney parking fee or walking the ~3 blocks to the pedestrian park entrance. The hotel's location on Habor is within many restaurants and stores for any meals or needs.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We hope to stay again for our next Anaheim trip.

We stayed at Cortona after a long day at Disneyland and our room was ready although we checked in after midnight. The room was clean, fairly spacious and the beds were super comfortable. I’ve stayed at much bigger more mainstream hotels and my pet peeve is finding hair on the bed sheets, towels and in the room in general - well I found NO hair during my stay at Cortona! Kudos to the cleaning staff!!!
The extended free underground parking was so convenient and needed because the spaces located outside around the property were all taken. The TV cable choices had a great variety of programming.
I cannot rate the breakfast because I was too popped to make it there the next morning, but I was allowed to set up space at one of the dining tables to work on my laptop the next day while the kiddo went back to Disney and I could tell there were hot and cold breakfast offerings.
Overall, this hotel was great! It’s conveniently located, budget friendly and accommodating. We plan to stay again!

I wish I had known about the free shuttle you can take from the Disney Goofy parking lot about 1/2 block up across the street from Cortana Inn. We used the ART (Anaheim Resort Transit) bus which has a stop at the entrance to the hotel. It drops you at the main entrance at Disneyland and saved us lots of walking. They sell the transit tickets at the hotel check-in. Adult 1day $5.50, 3day $14, 5day$23. Child 3day $3, 5day $5. Depending on the size of your group, don't know if maybe Uber would be a better deal. Have a great trip and while you are there check out Joe's Italian Ice just down the street a block or two south from the hotel. Very good and more flavors than you can imagine.
There are more places to choose from in the Anaheim area.
