If you need a large very clean motel room when travelling through stop at the Northland Motel. The room rate is decent but the owner is fabulous. They have a large parking lot in the front and back if you have a larger vehicle. Very large room and a great location.

Stayed 2 nights at Northland and the motel has been all renovated with taste. The front desk was very friendly . The rooms are very clean and big with 2 queen beds and a new pull out sofa. Te beds and pillows are very comfortable. The breakfast is your average continental. Don't judge the Northland by the outside of the building the inside is very nice, clean and welcoming

I booked a 1 night stay for my teenage son and myself due to hockey in the area. Room was cancelled that morning. I called to see if there was a mistake. The motel attempted to charge almost 500 to the credit card on file for the deposit and room charge. It does not state anywhere that they will precharge your card prior to arrival. This could have been easily rectified as I had another card I could have used. But after the man I spoke with was very short and rude to me, I decided I will not give my money to any business with zero customer service. I always try to support small independent business but good customer service and decency doesn't cost anything. We took our business down the road and had a fantastic stay with a warm and friendly staff and it was significantly cheaper.

My cousin and I were attending a family funeral and wanted to be close. It was the only hotel we could find in Chelmsford and it was just fine. Currently under renovation with the heating/cooling system and bathroom completed. A large room that still needs a facelift but it was clean and the beds were comfortable. I would recommend coffee at the reception desk since there is no coffee or machine in the room. There is, however, a nice, new fridge.

Motel is under new ownership and is under renovations, but stayed there for almost two months and have no complaints. Stayed in one of the room that the flooring had been changed in. The highway side can be a little noisy if you are a light sleeper. The staff was always courteous, and rooms were clean. I can not wait to see what the place is going to look like when I go back in the spring and renovations are done.

The motel was recently renovated quite nicely and the rooms are spacious - big enough for three of us with the two beds and pull out couch. Gas is next door and restaurants close by .Also easy access to the snowmobile trail .

I have recently stayed at this great hotel and it is roomy n comfortable the prices are reasonable and it is only ten minutes from downtown Sudbury. They are next door to mall and great restaurants in walking distance . The host are fabulous people and very friendly a must to stay . It's also newly renovated as well . I give it five stars.

Our family has grown and needed space for our Christmas celebrations. We had stayed at the old Northland and were sceptical.
We were very pleasantly surprised with the quality of the renovations. The beds were great and everything was clean and very well maintained.
This is a good hotel value for the price.

Found this on Internet , needed a hotel in north Sudbury , not a lot of choice , when I arrived it said newly renovated rooms -new owners, the room I had was 113, very well done , all new, excellent bathroom, nice bed, good tv and channels, best motel I've ever stayed in
