I love the charm of this hotel. As soon as you step into the hotel it’s an escape from the busy city. The decor is tres chic and everything you would want from a luxury boutique hotel. The attention to detail is amazing and you must have breakfast while you stay. The food is amazing. So fresh and healthy. The breakfast has everything from omelets, fresh juice, fresh baked breads and brioche, fruits, meats, Cheese, amazing coffee and more.

My favorite part was the room. I stayed in a superior room which was spacious enough for 2 people and all of our luggage. I find that rooms tend to be small in Europe this one was not. As soon as you step into the room you feel relaxed just how you want a Hotel room to be. I love the colors of the room and the decor. I wish my own bedroom at home was like this one.

The bathroom was beautiful. The lighting is lovely as well as the shower. You will not be disappointed. I will definitely upgrade to a suite next time I come because I saw they have bath tubs. The beds are so comfortable that as soon as you lay down you drift away to sleep.

This hotel location is amazing. It’s walking distance to everything. You can walk to the louvre, Palais Royal and so much more. The area is safe and you will never feel uncomfortable walking even late at night. Coming back to the hotel is amazing after a long day of walking because you feel really relaxed. There is also a really cute rooftop bar to have cocktails. Shell is a bar downstairs that has the best vibe. It’s decorated really cute and the drinks are amazing. It’s a great place to chill if you need a nightcap.

I highly recommend this hotel. I’ve traveled all around the world staying at luxury hotels and boutique hotels and this one is in my top 5. You’ll love it as much as I did!

We stayed here as a family of three my husband, Myself and our 8 month old son. The hotel has a wonderful Parisian feel the rooms are warm and cosy with a nice view. The location is fantastic with plenty of amenities including a supermarket and a baby shop which proved very handy. The hotel is within walking distance to the Louvre and sacre Coeur. The staff were very friendly and attentive nothing was too much trouble for them from delivering food to our rooms to providing a travel cot for our son. Our 8 month old son is formula fed so we still have to sterilise his bottles. The team were very helpful in assisting us with this and microwaving the sterilising bags for us. Unfortunately on one occasion the microwave was set too high causing the bottles and spoon inside the bag to burn/melt. The hotel manager Camille was very apologetic and kindly assisted my husband to the shop and purchased/replaced the damaged bottles and spoons. This was a very kind, compassionate and professional way to deal with the matter. My only negative feedback is that prior to our arrival we had booked a standard room we were assured this would be enough space for us 3. However on arrival to the room it was considerably too small with our family the luggage and baby cot. Yes everything did fit but it was far too cramped. On the 2nd night we upgraded to a superior room for a rate of €20 per night (which was discounted) Whilst we weren’t overly happy about this we were grateful for the extra space which was much needed. My only comment would be please advise families with small children/babies to book a superior room simply due to space and comfort. This would save a lot of hassle. Many thanks for a lovely stay and hospitality once again!

It is a given that any major City Centre Hotel is going to struggle on room sizes and you hope this issue is made up for with other facilities alongside helpful staff. Grands Boulevards doesn't fail in this respect, the hotel has a quaint entrance off the main street and immediate impressions are of a well refurbished, modernised design. The dining area is under a glass roof and the roof top bar is a huge plus (with the exception, on my part, that the beer choices were very poor!). Breakfast was as expected for this sort of price range but we didn't eat there otherwise.
A huge plus is the location, we walked to almost all the major Paris sites from the hotel, with massive help given by reception staff with advice about routes and venues and restaurants. This help made a huge difference to our enjoyment of the break.
The bedroom - yes it was small but we booked a Superior room with balcony, which was in essence a terrace located amongst the hotel's vegetable beds. The terrace really made a huge difference. In the room the bed was very comfortable but the lack of storage space was a real issue, unless you want to live out of your suitcase (which we did not as we had suits and dresses etc with us) this issue does need addressing. Also, the lighting in the room was dreadful. The bedside lights were as good as useless and there was no central light in the room or any lamps. Final negative...the shower, this was temperamental and weak, again, something that could be easily rectified.
Do not take my negatives as a reason not to stay here but be aware of them. We really enjoyed the hotel and would definitely return.

What a wonderful treat.

From start to finish every touchpoint was perfect. Warm and welcoming hosts at the front desk who went above and beyond, walked my up to my room, made sure I was happy with it. Plus they send someone up to check the room and turn on the beautiful jazz music before you step in. What a nice touch that makes the Paris experience very real.

The room is perfect, thoughtful touches throughout.
The location is perfect, walking to all the key sites.
The staff are amazing, all so friendly and service orientated.

Cherry on top - the hotel has made strong sustainability commitments and took the effort to detail these - this is really important to me and pleasing to see. Hopefully more small hotels make this change.

Honestly didn't want to leave, started to think about ways I could extend my stay. I will definitely plan another trip to come back.

There is absolutely nothing I would change about my stay - thank you thank you thank you and see you soon.

Thank you team for a wonderful stay and hopefully see you soon!

Stayed 3 nights for a business trip in Paris.
It is well located on 17 boulevard Poissonière just outside a tube station and a short taxi ride from Gare du Nord

Life style hotel with cool design, interior refurbished recently. The breakfast / dining Bar on the ground floor under the glass roof is great. I have held breakfast and coffee meetings there and the staff is quiet, efficient.
One comment: the kitchen does not vent very well and it smells the kitchen. Breakfast is very nice, bread is great.

I stayed in a room on the first floor with 6m high ceilings. Design cool, small but efficient - double bed. It is situated just above the glass roof and it was noisy as the bar gets busy.

I asked to be accommodated in another room and the staff obliged with no issues, hyper nice and professional. One point, don t choose this hotel if you need to work or do calls: the desk is like a side table and there is only a small timber stool to sit on. Not the place for excel / word / teams calls… however, from a price /location / facilities perspective this is great value for money for Paris.

They have a great roof bar terrace, with very knowledgeable staff from the experimental cocktail company and discovered there the liqueur de noyaux sour cocktail. Recommend warmly speaking with the staff at the bar. In the winter, plastic bubbles and winter warmers protect from the cold. It was nice! I would recommend increasing food bites choices up there. The two planchas are great but could have more choice.

My favourite hotel in the world! I truly did not want to ever leave. I cannot say enough good things about it and I am already counting the days to come back and spend another incredible vacation at this magical Parisian hotel! Next time, I hope I can come with my boyfriend for a romantic gate away in the city of love! From the soft jazz playing in the background to the private small garden that I got with a breathtaking view over Paris, it is obvious that they have put so much attention to the details. I love the vintage feel of the hotel: the radio next to your bed, the vintage coffee machine in your room and the vintage phone... you are just transferred to another era, more glamours and luxurious than ever! The staff were incredibly welcoming, always smiling and ready to help with anything. I was so happy with the service, that I gave them a special gift because I have never been so amazed by the incredible attitude of everyone that worked in the hotel. It is truly a dream team and you can feel how passionate everyone is about their job! The room was very spacious and luxurious, it is hard not to feel like a princess/ prince when you are laying in the best, which is also one of the most comfortable and cosy hotel beds I have ever slept in. I never wanted to get up! The breakfast in bed was OUT OF THIS WORLD, the home-made granola just melts in your mouth... I am still dreaming about this granola and the pain au chocolate! If you stay in the hotel, you MUST try them! I recommend Hôtel des Grands Boulevards from the bottom of my heart! You will feel the magic of the place upon entering and it will stay in your heart until the next time you visit the hotel! Treat yourself and make your trip to Paris even more special by staying in the best hotel in the world!

This hotel is hip and modern in a great location. Loved our room- one of the larger ones which meant in Paris we could easily accomodate our baggage! Beautifully appointed bathroom and tiled shower. The decor is really cool yet elegant. Super comfy bed. What was disappointing were the little annoying things- coffee pods not replaced on second day, dirty glasses not removed by housekeeping- in fact despite being gone all day the front desk said housekeeping doesn’t come to the rooms until after 6:00pm? right as we were getting ready for dinner? No fresh towels? You had to constantly log into WiFi with username and password every 30 minutes. The system dumped you and you couldn’t auto reconnect. Annoying. I overheard a couple being told at 4:45p that their room still wasn’t ready. They told the front desk check in is 2:00. The response was a cold “it could be 2:00 or it could be later. That’s how it is. There is no guarantee.” So a little more of a warm welcome and a little more effort into the details would make this a stand out choice in Paris.

Room was the smallest I had ever seen in my life- it was like being entombed. I am 8 months pregnant and could not move around the bed or put my suitcase down on floor as no room. When I asked the front desk if they could upgrade me under the circumstances (which most humane managers would) the female front desk manager declined and insisted I paid another 40 euros for an upgrade. This seemed incredibly mean and petty given that I was already paying 700 euros for the room. I had also mentioned when I booked the hotel I was heavily pregnant and wanted a good sized room... This was an utterly miserable experience Grand Hotels ruined the last holiday I am going to have for awhile. Their customer service is as petty and small as the room itself...

Dear Laura, All feedbacks are always very important for us and we are carefully reviewing all of them. However, we are a bit surprised with your comment. Actually you booked a single standard room – Petit Boulevard for your stay with us. As mentioned in your reservation the room is 14m2, and the bed is a queen bed of 160cm which is a standard European bed size. You agreed to the rate offered of 350 Euro when you confirmed the reservation, which is a great rate for a 4 star property in Paris at this of the year. I personally tried to offer you solutions during your stay that you declined. On top of that, we offered you complimentary daily breakfast we waive the last minute cancellation fee for your second night. We sincerely do apologize if your stay did not meet your needs. Kind regards, Camille Villette, Hotel Manager

We had a wonderful 4-night stay at Hotel Des Grands Boulevard. We chose this hotel because we wanted somewhere with a cool, Parisian style, rather than a standard type hotel room that could be found anywhere in Europe. We were definitely not disappointed! The hotel is beautiful - every single part of it!

We booked a standard room with a balcony, which we would definitely recommend as it was lovely to sit out on the balcony in the morning with a coffee, looking into the courtyard.

Some little touches that we loved were:
* the hotel room key (you’ll see what I mean when you see it!);
* welcome note and little box of chocolates on the bed on arrival;
* member of staff knocked on our door twice during our stay to check that we had everything we needed and brought us more little boxes of chocolates; and
* lovely robe and slippers.

We ate in the restaurant on our first night. It has a great atmosphere and the food is delicious.

Both bars are excellent. The bartenders are so friendly and highly skilled at making cocktails.

The reception staff are also very friendly and helpful. They always made sure to ask us how we were and what we were planning to do during our trip, also offering helpful recommendations for restaurants etc.

The location of the hotel is extremely convenient. There is a Metro stop right outside the hotel. The hotel is also within walking distance of sights such as the Sacre Coeur, The Louvre, Notre Dame and Saint Chapelle. It is also only a few stops on the Metro to the Eiffel Tower.

The perfect spot for exploring Paris in style!

Our tour group of Mom’s and Daughters stayed for four nights. My daughter, granddaughter and I had adjoining rooms with comfortable beds and beautifully decorated rooms. The rooms were quite small, as was the bathroom, but I expected that for Paris. Our included breakfast was tasty and plentiful (the banana bread was my favorite). The hotel staff, especially Olivia at the front desk were always friendly and accommodating. The location, while centrally located and a short walk to the Louvre and other monuments was a little gritty…not bad, just a little, but I think that’s to be expected so close in to central Paris. The hotel is tucked away off the street though and was peaceful and calm. I would certainly recommend this hotel to others.

Pretty easy. Hotel staff is very helpful and will call the taxi for you. Cant remember the cost, but I believe it was around forty euros or so? If you’re not pressed for time you can always take a train - you can either walk to it (a bit of a walk) or hop on a city bus to the station.
