Relying on their website and expecting what you see, will be very disappointing. This is a very low class motel catering to an hourly non-discriminating crowd. Dirty rooms smelling of cigarettes, filthy carpets, holes in walls, very used furniture and linen, and non-existent wireless internet. Stained towels and linen were the worst. Cigarette holes in the wafer thin sheets, no cleaning service during stay. A nightmare to avoid. In their website they used pictures dating back when the place was new, maybe 30 years ago. Now it's a rusted, filthy and unkempt mess inside and out. Not cheap for filth you must stay in. They could use a complete overall and use a washing service that could improve the smell and look of towels and linen. The furniture could gather a few pennies at a flea market.

I had no choice to stay here. Its not dirty, but It looks like it. Everything is old and just creepy. I just saw next room I girl I think is a hooker with to guys really gang looking. Kind of scary to stay here...

I wanted to enjoy my stay here. I really didn’t. However, the motel was a disappointment from the moment I arrived. The rental agent was a racist Chinese. I would advise all black people to avoid this motel.
The rooms stink and smelled like cigarette smoke Oh and let’s not forget about the prostitutes.
I had very bad experience at every aspects during my stay. The Air Conditioner was functioning properly. Bathroom was clean but I couldn’t sleep all night because I was woken up by extremely loud guest in 2:00 am which seems like they were having a party. Also I could hear guest having sex. The wall between each room is thin and I could hear the next door guest talking on her phone. Definitely I wouldn’t stay there again or recommend it to anyone.

we went to ottawa to see some friend, and me and my gf did saw the reviews on tripadvisor for this motel, but we were late on reservation, and we just couldnt find a place to crash for the night, so we tried to call chateauguay to see if they still have rooms available, turns out we are lucky that someone just called in to cancel their reservs, my gf thought its a bad idea but it was 1 o'clock in the morning, so we decide to at least go take a look first, and i remember it was room 32 we stayed, we tought its gonna be like those comments saying "rotten house" but it turns out the room is clean and quiet, the only reason im giving a 4 point rating is the night stand we had has few cigarettes burns and me and GF both are non smokers, also there were no breakfast include, but overall, its not bad at all.

Stayed there because it was cheap. Small room and old sheets but super clean. A lot of parking space and the service was fine. Near everything in Gatineau and Ottawa. Excellent for a last minute stay.
