We stayed during BC's Phase 2 of covid19 The lobby and room were spotless and we felt very comfortable. Our room had been freshly renovated and was very spacious. I appreciated the barn door separating the bedroom from the sitting area,

We continually select this hotel when we stay on the Coast as it is close to family and friends plus the location can't be beat if you need access to amenities as shopping is a short jaunt away. The rooms have all be updated and are pretty much as clean as clean can be. The mini fridge was in full operation upon arrival so was nice and cool for our snacks and beverages. Some rooms have bathtubs while some rooms have only showers so be sure to enquire if either is important to you. There is just the one stack of two elevators so if walking is not your strong point, ask for a room close by. Staff maintains a warm attitude and everyone greets you with a smile. I've never personally used any of their facilities nor have I seen them so I can't vouch for that department. There is a separate (but attached) venue alongside the hotel named BROWN'S social house. It offers a complete food and beverage service a little on the upscale side and a little pricey but it's conveniently located and you can enjoy your evening knowing you are just steps from your room. Secure under building parking, quiet, close to everything. You can even walk to the beach in about 15 minutes!

Stayed 1 night before catching morning ferry. Room was clean, bed very comfortable. All staff were very helpful and friendly. The complimentary breakfast included many selections and the tables were cleaned promptly and throughly.

My family recently stayed at the Coast Tsawwassen Inn. The hotel has recently been renovated. Rooms were very spacious, clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The outdoor patio was a great place to have coffee in the morning. The fitness centre was beautiful - huge compared to other hotels I've stayed at and a great selection of equipment. It had 2 walls of windows so rather than staring at a wall, you actually got to look outside. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to the ferry, Tsawwassen Mills mall and the water slides. It is just off the highway - making it easy to get virtually anywhere. It is also pet friendly and has a dog wash in case you take your dog swimming at the nearby beach (10 min walk). Tsawwassen is a lovely seaside community that is a relaxing place to stay - I would definitely recommend the Coast Tsawwassen Inn.

Due to flight delays we missed our flight from Vancouver to Victoria. Our friend suggested staying at the Coast Tsawwassen Inn. We arrived to find a very inexpensive, clean comfortable suite. It was late and we were famished so we waled next door to the Browns Social house. The next morning we took advantage of the complimentary Inn breakfast. Fed and rested we asked about transportation to the ferries. The desk clerk asked us when we wanted to leave. She had a van and driver waiting for us. The ride to the ferry was free. The next time we travel to BC I think we will save some money on that expensive flight. The taxi to the CT Inn, dinner and the nights stay was less expensive than a 15 minute flight. If you are not in a hurry it is a great option.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. One of the nicest and most moderately priced hotels that we have stayed in for quite a while. All the rooms are large suites with lots of space and high ceilings, new and modern with all the latest updates such as plugins in the right places on the bedside tables, comfy beds, high end amenties for shampoo, soap, etc. Bright and well lit rooms, wide hallways, public spaces were clean and modern. The breakfast was good and staff were friendly.

Due to ferry cancellations, we arrived at the Coast Tsawwassen Hotel at10 am after an overnight flight. The staff was very helpful. We were able to have a complementary breakfast and check into our room at 10:45am at no extra cost. Also, there was free taxi sevice to and from the shopping mall and also, a free shuttle to the ferry. Due to an accident, we had a 3 1/2 hr wait in line up to the ferry. Our driver was excellent and so patient. Thank you for making our delay getting home to the island like an extended vacation.😊

We stayed here as we were in town to attend a family funeral. The staff were very helpful, warm and welcoming. The rooms were clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Having a mini fridge and microwave were very helpful. We were unable to find a dog sitter so being able to bring our dog with us was one less stressor we had to deal with during a difficult time. Staying in a place with wonderful, warm staff and a comfortable room, made being there for a difficult time much easier and we truly appreciated being able to stay here.

After the ferry from Vancouver Island Chose to stay in Tsawwassen rather than heading into downtown at dusk. Very pleased with our decision, hotel very pleasant and welcoming. Convenient to Brown’s Social House for a late dinner. Newly renovated rooms ,stylish, and the breakfast patio area was enjoyable on a bright sunny morning, the COVID friendly buffet offered good choices. We Have already recommended to others.

The new lobby and guestroom makeover felt like walking into a chic downtown hotel. As a former hotelier I have to admit they spared no expense. Warm friendly reception very well organized C19 protocols in place and the entire hotel was spotless and clean. The rooms are spacious very well designed appointed and comfortable beds.
The old pool is finally gone and was replaced with Top notch equipment and machines as good as any professional club.
The delivered breakfast wrap and decent in room coffee was appreciated!
I highly recommend this hotel and will definately return next time I need to visit family or friends.
