Convenient location next to Hwy 40. No elevator to second floor, and key entry through side door didn’t work consistently, which meant a lot of touching the door handles and key holder which is a bit unnerving during the pandemic. Basic bagged breakfast due to the pandemic, and no lobby coffee. Vent system in room was loud, otherwise the room was quite standard for an older Comfort Inn. Mask use by staff, required by Quebec law, was inconsistent, particularly with housekeeping staff - this is the main improvement needed.

My wife and I stayed one night at the Trois Rivières Comfort Inn. We found our second floor room to be clean, comfortable and quiet. The microwave and fridge were handy. The hotel location is very convenient - near highways and many restaurants and stores. It was a good stay during our 6 day Québec trip.

Clean, very comfortable beds and pillows. The shower was good, the breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. This hotel was good value for the price. I would stay here again. Con: rugs, they should be replaced by flooring.

It rained inside our bedroom all night. The ceiling, wall and carpet were drenched. There has to be mold everywhere in those walls. We woke up with a sore throat and barely slept all night cause it literally felt like camping.
The staff behind the counter did not wear a mask and asked us to take our precautions to stay 2 meters away from them. If the guests have to wear a mask and keep their distance from the staff to protect them, isn’t it only fair to expect the same in return?
The new covid policy requires us to take our own trash out... At this point I would feel safer and happier in an AirBnB... If the cleaning staff doesn’t feel safe taking out the trash will they even clean the rest of the room?

Beds are sooo very firm it was wonderful. Bathtub and sink were spotlessly clean. Only drawback: no elevator.

Ok hotel in Trois-Rivieres. Nothing exceptionnal but the room was spaceful and clean. They had no elevator but i understand it’s only two floors. The service by the employe was good and quick. Ok for one night or two, nothing more.

We had an impromptu trip into Trois Rivieres to visit our son who was send there for work from Alberta. Did not know what to expect in the room but was pleasantly surprised with it size and comfort and with the sofa included came back to our room to talk. The only down side was the lacking of hot items on the breakfast selection and the taxes on the room (even the tourist tax has provincial taxes on it)

I recently stayed here for six nights with a large group of people. We were in the area for a cycling trip. This hotel was great. They were so accommodating to us. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast waitresses worked very hard keeping the buffet stocked with food for hungry cyclists. The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable.

I stayed here for 1 night on the way to qubec city from Montreal its just off the interstate.
We got there late so we went for food about 5 minutes walk away from the hotel.
This is a standard hotel with everything you expect from a comfort inn.
Breakfast was great the next morning.

Stopped in here as I traveled through Quebec for work. My company has a direct bill account with Choice Hotels so I stay at a lot of Comfort Inns. I enjoyed my stay, one of the better nights sleep I got on my trip. I also found the lamps in my room nicer than those in other hotels. However the desk chair in my room had a loose armrest, which was kind of annoying when I was sitting it trying to send a few emails. Also during my stay the ice machine was out of order. The breakfast selection was decent, although not quite as large as some other Comfort Inns. Still a decent stay.
