Myself, along with my husband and an other couple stayed from July 17-18th. First, it’s important to read the fine line when booking with the Ramada, because if you don’t familiarize yourself with their extra fees it’ll come as a surprise. Once we arrived the hotel the front desk staff were easy to speak with and explained the extra costs ( parking fees and deposit fees). Due to Covid-19 the pool is open but only by appointment only, so if that’s your thing then I would suggest booking. Even though this location wasn’t “on the falls” it was still a nice walk to the main strip. The beds in the room were too firm in my liking, But my husband and our friends said they liked it. The one thing we did agree on was that for the amount charged for this hotel is that the pillows should be a little better quality. The rooms were nice and clean along with the bed sheets. But, as clean as it can be, we’re still living in a pandemic so I brought some disinfectant spray with me for some extra piece of mind. Over all, it was a nice and clean space with kind employees. I stayed assigned room #606 and it was beside the elevator. I couldn't sleep because you can hear the elevator moving and loud. (stay away from #206, 306,406,506,606,and 706). I had to call the front desk and they moved us to another room at 11pm. Why didn't the engineers insulate the rooms near the elevators? My girlfriend and I ended up from a King size bed to 2 double beds. They didn't tell me the room was smaller (#606) than a regular room (#603). No desk and chair, no coffee maker, or ice bucket. The front desk (Night supervisor) was very helpful and moved me to another room on the same floor which is very convenient. (From room 606 to 603.). There is another Ramada around the corner from this one, more convenient to Fallsview Casino and The Falls. The location at Ferry street is convenient if you want Dominios pizza, it's right across the street. Lots of restaurants, grocery store, Dollar store along the street.

Let me start by saying the hotel is nice enough. Pretty average fair. The room was clean and the jetted tub was nice. The bed was decently comfortable. The vouchers they gave us for dining and the wineries all worked well. Walking to falls/restaurants is doable (about 15-20 mins) assuming the weather is nice. My only really complaint is that they put us on the 7th floor of tower B. At first I was excited since we were so high up! We were woken up around 8 am to loud noises. At first we assumed it was from the cleaning crew but then we started to hear hammering and drilling. We came to find out that they are renovating the 5th and 6th floors. When you're on vacation you expect to be able to sleep as late as you want but all 3 days we were there this happened. I don't think it's right to put anyone in that situation!! Otherwise our stay was nice enough. The hotel was really quiet when the construction crews were done for the day. Parking was about $20 per day with taxes and fees.... from what I've read that's cheap. Also note that the ihop is at their other location which is about a 5 min walk. They do offer shuttles to the restaurants that they have vouchers for too, so that's an option if you don't mind waiting.

I stayed one night at the Ramada on Ferry St. In Niagara for a friends wedding. The room was clean, the location was perfect - a 15 minute walk to the falls. And so many businesses and restaurants around in walking distance.
The only hiccup we had was I paid for everything online with my credit card - pretty standard these days. But when my partner went to check in (his name also on the reservation) he was given a hard time because he was not me. I was at a wedding venue getting ready, and he needed to shower before going to the wedding coming right from work. With a little convincing they allowed him access to our room, but that part was a little bit annoying considering his name was on the actual reservation and all fees already paid.
Staff was nice, all mask protocols were in full effect and followed, sanitizer everywhere available, and all physical distancing markers in proper places.
Would stay again.

We stayed for 2 nights. When we booked I said we were 5 people but only when we arrived were we told there was a surcharge per night for the fifth person. We also had a “facilities surcharge” upon arrival - but all of the facilities are closed! Our kids were disappointed as the website didn’t say that the pool was closed. There’s also no room service so if you want fresh towels you need to call for them or go get them yourself. The internet was awful.

We went on a little getaway with my parents, who were visiting from abroad, but the experience wasn’t great. The shower water was cold (even when set to maximum heat). When I told the receptionist, she just said, “you should have told me.” But I was in the shower! Also, no breakfast was provided.

We rented 2 rooms for one night and once checked in they were able to give us rooms across from each other, which was very convenient. Rooms were clean, spacious and a great temperature.
I did noticed that when I originally booked online (Hotels.com) I used one credit card, however when i actually checked in I used a different one. This resulted in a preauthorization on both of my CC's for the security deposit, which was around 167.00 x2 .....on 2 credit cards (because we had 2 rooms) - I spoke with front desk who assured me, once checked out and paid, all authorization would be removed. And in fact after 3 days it was. However charging a deposit is bad enough, but x2 on 2 credit cards, for some could cause hardships, as that ties up the available money on the card, that some people would need access too. My advise, the card you book with, make sure it's the card you check in with.
Parking is 20.00, and the parking is right behind the hotel.
Bonus having the IHOP restaurant. when we checked in we got a paper that you can present to get 20.00 off.
Because the dining room was closed, they put the chairs and tables out in the parking lot, which probably sounds very odd, (you are closed to the building, not right in middle..)however once you are seated, on a nice day it's great because its shaded in the morning. Food was great, almost making you forget you're eating in a parking lot...honestly not bad at all.
For the money, good hotel, and good location to the falls. I'd recommend it

This is my first time at this Ramada and first since Pandemic. My girlfriend and I decided to take a weekend off and spend it in Niagara Falls. It’s pretty quiet throughout which is not a bad thing. We checked in around 3pm and I was greeted with a smile. Hand sanitizers at the front desk. The pool, games room etc. are closed which was expected.
We checked into our room and walked around the Falls and Cliffton Hills. After that we brought dinner back to the hotel room around 8pm. We had the volume up on the TV so we did not hear the noise until we decided to go to bed. We were in room #606 and it was beside the elevator. We couldn't sleep because you can hear the elevator moving and loud. I called the front desk around midnight and complain about the noise from the elevator. The front desk night supervisor was very helpful and moved me to another room on the same floor which is very convenient. From room 606 to 603 (across the hall).

Its a nice hotel in fact better than the other ramada which is slightly on main road but both property have no view of the falls. This property has better rooms and is almost always priced lower than the other one so I recommend booking this one instead.
Rooms are clean and staff was super friendly. Highly Recommended.

We were staying at this hotel for one night during our 2-days-trip to Niagara Falls from New York. We did not select this hotel as it was secured by the tour operator but we were very happy about the size of the rooms and the excellent sleeping quality. Also, the complimentary breakfast during which you should not expect a lot in North America, was OK with toasts, cheese, fruits, yoghurts etc. Well done and I would certainly return if visiting Niagara Falls in the future.
A minor downside is the location. You need to take a cab to get to the heart of the city but seven dollars spent on cab are well justified given the sleeping comfort offered by this hotel.

This would be a great question to ask the hotel but I’m sure it means that it’s $300 deposit for the duration of your stay for one room. You will be refunded if the room is free from any damage or stolen items.
There was not with our stay but I am not sure about their protocol
I noticed the fee someone else paid but we had a very good discounted deal which may our stay at this hotel even more enjoyable
Go to tim hortons. They are the best prices in town
