We, Carin and Guus, visited the Digby Campground early in the season. Most campgrounds are closed, but the Digby campground opened up for us! We were welcome with our RV and received all the support to use the campground with water, 30A power and sewage hookup. On arrival we were kindly greeted by Jeff and Deborah, the owners. They are starters and very driven to make something beautiful out of their campground. There is a lot to do but they are passionate, enthusiastic, friendly, attentive and helpful host and hostess. It will definitely be the place to be, especially after all their renovations are completed! Thank you, Jeff and Deborah, for meeting you and we, Carin and Guus, believe that it will be a success. Hopefully we see each other again. Thanks for the pleasant stay and good luck with pursuing your dreams.

We really enjoyed our stay in Digby campground. The new owners are very friendly and helpful and provided us with lots of information about the campground and nearby sights. The campground was very well maintained, and is extremely convenient to both the town of Digby and the ferry to St. John. Highly recommend!!

What a wonderful experience! We have been traveling for 5 weeks now, and this is our favorite campground so far! The small size makes you feel like you’re staying with good friends. Every little detail of the park was well thought out from the redo of the entrance to make a nice smooth entrance off the road into the park to the soft lighting of the hook-ups and lights along the paths to the immaculate bathrooms, showers, and laundry room. Debra spent time with us telling us of all the fantastic places to visit and things to do. We can’t think of a thing that would make this place any better.

Friendly welcome from Deborah with lots of helpful information provided on the local area, what to do, where to visit, discounts on local restaurants etc. which was brilliant, and so professional.
Well looked after grounds with a communal fire area that is prepared for you in advance by the owners and a walking route signposted to town.
Clean facilities too and good WiFi, we were only there for 1 night but no complaints at all.

My Wife and I stopped in here on our tour around the coast of Nova Scotia. This was our first stop of Many..... I'd have to say that this Campsite was the Cleanest we have ever seen and very well Kept. The Owners were Absolutely amazing and Answered all the questions we had about the area and what we should do while staying in Digby. Price was very Reasonable compared to other campsites especially since it was so clean and well organized. Everything was within walking distance down a groomed trail to restaurants, stores etc.. We would definitely go out of our way to stay here again if in the area. The Owners care about there Property and is shows as soon as you pull in.

Keep up the great work ! Cant wait to come back soon !

Jeff and Laurie

This Campground is really close to the ferry to St. John as well as being really convenient to traveling along the neck to see the whales. You can easily walk to the downtown restaurants.
The owners are really friendly, helpful and keeping the place spotless!

Digby Campground is one of my very favorites. Jeff and Deborah are warm, friendly, helpful and wonderful. I felt safe there. I loved that the campground had a resident mother beaver, too! She was so sweet! I loved that the campground was close to so many wonderful attractions. The only problem I had was...leaving. After staying at least a full week, I felt I belonged. Part of me didn't WANT to leave. I must add that the washrooms and laundry are perfectly clean at all times. I don't know how they do this, but they do. Deborah gave me a brochure showing the location and nature of all tourist attractions in the area. I thought I knew them all; I was wrong! This really helped a great deal. Now I have the brochure as a sort of souvenir. This means a lot to me. Digby Campground is a wonderful, happy place.

We stayed only one night at Digby Campground. The owner is very nice. It’s very convenient if you have to take the ferry to St John New Brunswick. It’s a 5 minutes drive. You also have a Sobey’s for grocery and you can walk downtown for restaurants (10 to 15 minutes walk)

We travelled Canada from west to east coast and back this summer, visiting more than 40 campgrounds. Digby Campground is one of our top 3 favorites. Jeff and Deborah have created a warm, comfortable boutique camping experience that is welcoming, an easy walk into town and great for meeting other travelers. The shared patio with its circle of muskoka-style chairs set around smokeless fire pits encourages campers to venture out of their individual sites and share their stories with others. The bathrooms are beautiful and clean, and the laundry room is more than adequate. We would have stayed longer if we could have, and were really happy we were accommodated on very short notice. I expect this campground will book up very quickly for summers to come. It is a gem!
