We stay here whenever we come to town. The rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is included and there is lots of variety along with fresh fruit. Waffles with strawberries, cereal, muffins and hard boiled eggs. No pool but there is a hot tub. Highly recommend.

Easy late check in. Clean rooms. Less than average customer service. Free high if you hang out in the lobby long enough- smells like pot upon arrival. Stayed here several times due to convenience and cost only.

More expensive than many of the hotels in the valley, but includes a breakfast. Rooms clean. Front staff pleasant and helpful. This hotel is easy to get to if you are coming from the west (Vancouver). Coming from the east is a bit trickier - you have to go past and do a 360 around the traffic circle to get back to it.
Breakfast included bagels, toast, boiled egg, make-them-yourself pancakes, cereal, yoghurt, coffee, tea.

Good Rooms, that have low bathroom sinks for short people. The temperature of the rooms are set to an individual preference and the blankets on the beds are thin, so another blanket may be added. The shower knob works but you may need to ask for help on turning it on.

We usually stay at this motel when travelling through Kamloops. We always find it clean and very friendly staff. During covid they supply a to go breakfast. They followed the rules and had hand sanitizer and we were required to wear face masks

Today everyone carry’s Electronics, phones, tablets, laptops etc. most of the hotels I stay at have either cords with extra plugs on them handy for us or have such things as night lights with USB plugs etc. it seems this place is far behind and all the plugs they have in a room is used by something so I have to unplug something then run an extension cord (which I carry with me due to places like this one) to plug in even my phone.
I like 3 pillows minimum and a lot of places put 4 pillows on their big beds and some places put spare pillows in the closet but this place uses 2 little pillows. Not so bad when you have a room with 2 beds but I don’t have that option. This is one of those “it will do in a pinch” hotels.
The walls are thin, I heard the whole conversation of the pizza guy talking to the guy across the hall like I had the door open and I’m on the Peking lot side and I can hear every car that pulls into the parking lot and the people talking. Paper walls. Not impressed.

Room was dirty and carpet had multiple stains - at least 15! . Air conditioner not work unless set at 54 degrees F. No fan available as alternative to cold a/c. Black mold around bathtub. Breakfast was assorted muffins, cereal and waffles but syrup machine was broken.

Arrived late in the evening. Got the last available room which was on the front, lower floor. Hotel was full due to pipeline crews.Front desk staff was very helpful. Rooms need more cleaning, and the whole hotel needs some upgrades. Although it is pet friendly there are no pet friendly spaces around the hotel.
Hotel prices are inflated due to pipeline crews.
Breakfast is standard fare. Had to go to front desk to ask for coffee to be refilled in urns as
there was nobody in breakfast room.

Big difference from what person on the phone from the US told me and what actually was available. Breakfast was worst compared to all the other Super 8s i have stayed in. Many items already out and no staff to check and replenish. Walls were paper thin and room next to us were loud and calls to the front desk produced 0 results. I do not recommend this Super 8.

The guests in the room beside us were smoking, and although we reported it, the staff did nothing. The guests next to us were also loud, and didn't care for others. We will likely not stay there again, unless we are sure they have a policy in place for guests who smoke in the rooms.
