We selected this motel for a one-night stay primarily based on guest rating.
The location of this motel is on the hill and a walk to downtown provides nice views of the city and the Thompson River. Check-in was quick without any hassle. And there was no issue with parking, something I was a little apprehensive about. Generally speaking, the room was good with the required furniture and included a TV, microwave oven and a refrigerator as well. However, the sofa should have been kept a little cleaner. Interestingly, the piece of soap provided in the bathroom was the thinnest I ever came across – somewhat inconvenient to use.
However, as we used the motel only for sleeping during the night, it served our purpose.

On the road between Whistler and Revelstoke, this 1-night stand was definitely the best motel we have experienced so far. Rooms are super clean, very quiet despite the main road nearby, well equipped and benefiting from a comfortable litery. The outdoor pool is large enough to swin, and if you want to make a barbecue, you can use one of the 2 barbecues outside.
Last but not least, Angee and the staff were amazing, super friendly and generous.

Easy access off major routes though quiet location. Friendly and helpful front desk person. Big screen tv, air con works well, parking right out front. fridge, microwave. All very clean. Curtains were not blackout so room didn't get very dark at night and only a top sheet and lightweight blanket so a bit cold. TV remote didnt work so switched rooms quickly without an issue. Phone didnt work either. But our main criteria was met so I would recommend.

I spent 5 days here while attending the Canada 55+Games and had no complaints about the comfort level of my room and the general facilities which include a laundry and a swimming pool. My room had a microwave and a fridge.
The staff are extremely helpful. Good to know - a couple of minutes up the hill from the motel there is a mall and a good variety of restaurants and driving down hill on Columbia street in a few minutes you will hit downtown and Riverside Park is not that far away.Recommended.

I had booked the motel several weeks ahead of our planned day of arrival and as it was December we were prepared for any changes in the weather. Well we certainly had changes that day: rough ferry ride from Vancouver Island, blizzard on the Coquihalla and Icey roads.
We were not going to be arriving early so phoned to say "we are coming, just don't know when?" The response from the desk was "no problem, we'll wait up for you" and they did.
Comfortable room and warm.
A very pleasant place to stay.

I like the location of this place. Been going here over last 10 years or so. It was upgraded a few years ago so everything is much better and comfortable. The heat pumps are great "when they work" this is my only negative, management needs to maintain these better. The best thing about it is the quiet location. The Front desk is always pleasant and trouble free. Lots of room to park. Best value in town.

We needed to travel during covid 19 restrictions and found this little motel extremely clean and comfortable. Comfortable beds. The owners were very pleasant and obliging. The location is conveniently located near shopping etc. and very quiet. We didnt use them on this trip, but there are 2 bbqs and picnic tables available for the guests...next time!

I was reluctant to try a budget motel but was pleasantly surprised and will certainly stay again! The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, the linens were good. The location is near many restaurants and a very nice park. The staff was very friendly too!

Nice, clean budget motel. Friendly management and staff who really seem to care. Some units are dog friendly (but not all). Picnic tables and BBQ area are a nice added touch. We wouldn��t hesitate to stay again.

This hotel is a good value if staying for one night in Kamloops. It is an older establishment and quite dated in some ways. The grounds are very nice and the rooms are clean and comfortable. I did have to question this establishment's cannabis policy however. Considering that cannabis has been legal in Canada since 2018, I find the policy quite outdated. The reason I say this is because of the 9 gentlemen whom we could see from our balcony all sat in the lovey seating area smoking cigarettes and tossing them on the ground. They also sat there getting quite inebriated drinking alcohol. I found that to be very contradictory in that your guests who respectfully smoke or vape cannabis are asked to leave the property, yet these gentlemen, openly drank and smoked cigarettes. I am hoping that this policy will be updated in future.
