Casa Caribe has been our pick for 7 years! Smack in the middle of 7 Mile Beach this location is convenient to grocery stores, liquor stores and many excellent restaurants from casual to higher end. We walk everywhere from Camana Bay to Georgetown...but taxis and public busses are readily available. The best feature is the private beach!

A stay at unit 18 is highly recommended. The unit is recently renovated with a new high-end kitchen and beautiful bathrooms, however, they cannot compete with the wonderful view of the turquoise ocean from the living area and outside dining space.
The beach area is pristine and rarely busy and when you get tired of the beach you can retreat to the refurbished pool area, complete with loungers, umbrellas, bbqs and hot tubs.
Unit 18 is perfect if you want to relax and take in all Grand Cayman has to offer. It is perfectly located along Seven Mile Beach and is within walking distance of all bars and restaurants. If you fancy doing something a little more adventurous the reef just off the beach is perfect for snorkelling and you are likely to see turtles, stingrays, and an array of tropical fish. If you want a little family competition, I recommend the pickleball court for some light-hearted entertainment.
I cannot recommend a stay at #18 highly enough.

This was our first trip to the Caymans and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay (unit 18). The unit is GORGEOUS and equipped with everything you need… even snorkeling equipment, tennis rackets/balls, DVDs, etc. Every other VRBO location we have stayed in we had to purchase paper supplies, soap, etc., but here those were included, plus the daily cleaning was a bonus! Mike was SO helpful answering questions before and during our trip. The manager, Jose, was also great… he made helpful recommendations and even booked an excursion for us. The location is within walking distance of SO many restaurants and shops. Book it right now, you won’t be disappointed!

The Casa Caribe is in a great location on 7MB and includes a pool, hot tub, 2 grilles and a beautiful private beach. It is located close to shops and restaurants. Unit #18 is spacious with a screened porch and an ocean view. It has all of the needed electronics to keep your family happy. A great family spot.

The location of Casa Caribe on 7 Mile Beach is perfect. We spent a wonderful, relaxing week in unit #21, 3rd floor, 3 bedroom unit. You are tucked away on a quiet, treed, beautifully maintained beach (no fighting for chairs!) but close enough to walk to any near by resorts, restaurants and even Camana Bay. The unit was immaculate and beautifully appointed inside. We clocked a lot of hours on the porch looking at the ocean and sunsets. The only negative comment I have is the furniture on the porch. Very uncomfortable and very low quality which did match the rest of the condo; especially for the price we paid. Little to no cushioning on the chairs and no dining table if you wanted the option to eat on your porch. The lounge chairs on the beach could use some updating as well; tough on the back. Ildi our property manger was fantastic; always reachable always helpful. A pure gem on 7 Mile; we would go back.

We had a wonderful week at the Casa Caribe and stayed in unit 17. A great 3 bedroom with fully refurbished family room. A great comfortable unit for 6 of us. The beach is the most quiet spot on 7 mile beach with beautiful casuarina trees to provide some areas of shade. Every morning we would snorkel out to the reef which changed daily. We saw turtles, squid, eagle rays, lobsters, angel fish, and even a morae eel.
The unit provided WiFi, cable, all the sand toys, a nice screened in porch with a view of the ocean. This is where we enjoyed a relaxing breakfast.

Loved loved loved Casa Caribe!Would absolutely stay here again. Condo 1 was our second choice after our first choice was already booked for a couple of our days, and in retrospect, I think we scored a win- it was fantastic to have the ground floor with screened porch in the evenings for a wind- down cocktail hour at sunset, and just across the lawn to the beach, like sixty feet. There were always plenty of lounge chairs available, compared to two of our group who paid 3x as much for rooms at the Ritz. They told us that to go to the beach, they had to cross a sky bridge over the street, a long walk, plus to get chairs they had to go down in the morning and get “assigned “ two loungers, which were lined up like sardines in a tin on the Ritz beach. Our beach was roomy and comfortable and as a bonus, a reef off the beach- it’s a little ways out, past the buoys, so you have to be alert for boats and jet skis but there weren’t many so was never a problem for us. We snorkeled right out and saw schools if rush right in our backyard, basically. Each morning I would go out early to a lounger with my book and coffee, and the staff would be already out working to groom and rake the beach area. The staff were so helpful and kind, bringing us fresh beach towels and anything we needed (bath towels, TP) even in days we didn’t want the condo cleaned. There were great restaurants and liquor shops within a couple blocks. They even stayed later on the Saturday we left, so we were able to leave our luggage in the office and enjoy the island until our late afternoon fight. I cannot say enough good things about this little slice of Heaven. Entire condo was clean as a whistle, had all the amenities we needed (including a couple coolers and some snorkel gear and noodles) and I hated to leave. I am soooo coming back as soon as possible!

We just got back from a week at Casa Caribe and it was a fantastic place to stay. We had condo #9, which slept 7 adults comfortably, with great indoor space and a wonderful screened terrace with a dining table and comfortable chairs facing the ocean. The beds and pillows were comfy, the 3 bathrooms were well-appointed, and the entire place was clean as a whistle. The amenities were first-rate, we had everything we needed to make full use of the kitchen, right down to plastic champagne flutes we could take to the beach! The wifi was strong and steady, I was able to do a Webex meeting with no connectivity issues.
Jose, the manager, and the staff were very friendly and helpful and had a fabulous customer service mindset. No question or request ever went unanswered.
The section of 7-Mile Beach where Casa Caribe is located is spectacular and well kept. There are enough lounge chairs for everyone, the side tables are a real bonus, and as well as umbrellas there are great trees that provide shade when that Cayman sunshine beats a little too hot.
We would love to come back!

I have stayed here several times and love this place. Casa Caribe Unit 18 has been beautifully updated in soothing relaxing colors. The new lighting and kitchen added to the relaxation of our girls trip. We mainly cooked meals and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed how well maintained the full complex was and their management company (Jose and team) were so accommodating, helpful and friendly. The cleanliness of the condo and full grounds made our stay even more enjoyable. I can’t wait to stay here again! We had three girls for a week and it was perfect. Tamara Green

Beautiful condo and best beach front ever!!! Jose and his staff went over and above to greet us and get us anything we needed (even on a Sunday!)
The condo was very spacious and so perfectly decorated. Every room has the feel of luxury and ocean vacation.
We found it to be perfectly located near all kinds of great restaurants and shops, but I can't say enough about the peaceful gorgeous beach that's perfectly groomed each day with soft white sand extending far into the ocean.
We had every single convenience of home with very friendly daily housekeeping. Casa Caribe thought of everything from kitchen to bath to laundry, etc. Amaaaaazing!!

The snorkeling is great off the beach. We swim out to the reef every day. The big reef is about 200 yards but you can snorkel along the beach and see turtles and fish.
The beds were all new. My 88 yr dad Slept in the second bedroom with a queen. After the third night he pulled up to the sheets to find out the make and model of the mattress does he want one when I get home.
Unit number 9 is right next to the stairway or you can also use the stairway next to #12 or the elevator near #12.
