The Beachcomber offers a limited number of luxury condominiums in 2, 3, and 4 bedroom configurations for short-term vacation rental. Each condo ranges from 1,800 to 3,300 square feet and enjoys unobstructed oceanfront views of beautiful Seven Mile Beach. With all the comforts of home and a perfect barefoot beach in your backyard, you will never want to leave! Each condo comes furnished with either a private ground floor patio or elevated oceanfront balcony. Ground floor units enjoy walk-out access from the patio directly onto the pool and beach, while upper-level condos enjoy both elevated panoramic ocean views and more privacy. All units are nearly identical in their layout and design. Families with kids and elderly travelers will love the walk-out convenience of a ground-floor condo. However, the elevated ocean views will take your breath away every time. Either way, you can't go wrong staying at one of the island's premier condo resorts.

We just returned for a 5 night stay! We can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay. The property is immaculately clean! We commented every morning how much effort they put into making sure the beach area, pool, grills, chairs and landscaping were perfect. Our condo was beautiful and the location is perfect. There were plenty of restaurants and coffee shops right across the street. My favorite part was how empty our beach seemed in comparison to some of the surrounding properties. The front desk even told us they were fully booked and still the property seemed quiet and peaceful. We would stay there again tomorrow! Highly recommend!!!

Our family of 4 stayed in Unit #25 for a week in January. This particular condo is a 2 BR with 3 full baths on the 5th floor. From what I've read in other reviews, the owners converted it from a 3BR to a 2BR. This created a HUGE living area with gorgeous view of the ocean. We had a grand balcony with amazing views where we ate many meals, read books, and played euchre. The pool and beach are magnificent. The grounds are kept immaculate by the staff which work every day but Sunday. There are 4 gas grills for you to use, so we made several meals on the grills which are cleaned daily. Our unit was kept very clean, as well, with daily service (not Sunday, of course) by Tommy. She is a delightful lady who has been taking care of these condos for years. Clean beach towels are brought to the door every night. Our kitchen was fully equiped, and it was so nice to have a washer & dryer in our condo. We had a car, so trips to the grocery store were fast and easy. It's a 2 minute drive, and it's brand new and has everything you need. We really appreciated having people in the office on site to answer our questions and to be there when we checked in and out. We were so happy to book our same condo for next year for the same dates before we left! We talked with many people who go year after year. We highly recommend Beachcomber!

This was our third visit to Grand Cayman and the third time we’ve stayed at Beachcomber on Seven Mile Beach. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else.
Each of the three condos we’ve stayed in has been perfect. Each was beautifully furnished with incredible attention to detail. The artwork, fixtures, and fittings were exquisite and only matched by the view we had of the beach and ocean at sunset, while relaxing with a glass of wine on the huge verandah that leads off the master bedroom and living room.
The condos are serviced daily by housekeeping, and a large bag of beach towels are provided each morning. High end toiletries are also provided, which really adds to the feeling of luxury.
We’re looking forward to future visits to Beachcomber on Seven Mile Beach!

Our vacation in Grand Cayman at Beachcomber Unit 35 was incredible! The unit was clearly recently renovated and absolutely stunning. The unit has astonishing views of the turquoise ocean from everywhere in the living area of the condo. There are three bedrooms AND three bathrooms so everyone has space and a comfortable bed for a restful sleep. Even the sheets were luxurious -- so much so that I took a photo of the brand! The unit is steps from the beach so it was really easy to go up and down as needed. There were lots of chairs and umbrellas, an infinity pool, two hot tubs and a BBQ down there. Although it isn't an all inclusive, we didn't miss that because we picked up some groceries and had easy breakfasts and lunches and went out and enjoyed local restaurants for dinner. The building even has a towel service and laundry in the unit so you can pack light! Seven mile beach is beyond gorgeous and we loved that you could snorkel right off the beach. It is not inexpensive but worth every penny!! And since unit 35 sleeps eight, you can invite friends and family and split the cost. Could not recommend more highly!

It truly doesn't get any better than Beachcomber #30. It is by far the best accommodation we've seen at Beachcomber and along the Seven Mile Beach strip. Newly renovated, in pristine condition, and with a lot of thoughtful touches like bathrobes/slippers, this condo feels like staying at a luxury resort. It is perfect for families and groups - 3 bedrooms with 3 full baths, plus a huge kitchen, living room, and oversized patio space.
The grounds are perfect - our kids would hop between the beach and pool. We also loved the location - close to everything!
Although we toured the entire island, there was nothing better than being at Beachcomber!

Beachcomber, one of the top rated condo resorts in Cayman, is superior to any other resort we've stayed at. The beach is hands down the best spot on seven mile beach, well maintained with plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas. The infinity pool, flanked with two hot tubs is the perfect way to end your evening. World class restaurants are a short walk along the beach or a short cab ride way. The unit itself was luxuriously furnished with an emphasis on style and comfort from the large multiple shower heads walk-in shower to the beautiful patio overlooking the pool and beach. The wifi was great and when necessary I worked from the poolside, the beach and the condo. Perfect stay in paradise! We will definitely be back!

What an outstanding stay!!! There is nothing negative to say about the Beachcomber on seven mile beach. The accommodation was outstanding, tastefully decorated, spacious, well equipped and very well maintained. Fresh towels were provided daily and the condo was spotlessly cleaned every day.
The spacious balcony overlooks the beach and has a spectacular view - to watch the sunset is a real treat!
There are plenty of restaurants to choose from nearby, and stores as well as grocery stores are also nearby, some within walking distance.
There is a swimming pool, and two jacuzzis. The beach sand is soft and there are plenty of umbrellas, chairs and tables. The ocean…no waves and sheer bliss to be in the see through turquoise warm water for hours!
A must for anyone looking for the ideal stay! *****

This was our first stay in Grand Cayman and we stayed in unit #39. I have to say this was the best vacation ever! The well equipped condo is beautifully decorated and filled with rich colors and designer touches. The view from the balcony is so magnificent that we decided to privately renew our vows overlooking the pristine beach and crystal clear water! Everything about the condo was just perfect. Beachcomber is the best location on 7 mile beach and is close to restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed the numerous activities and celebrations offered during Pirates week. Some of our favorites were the the turtle release, the pirate parade & fireworks, horseback riding in the ocean, and stingray bay. There is so much to do and the restaurants were fabulous! We didn't want to leave and can't wait to return!

The Beachcomber complex is outstanding with a beautiful beach, pool, hot tubs, fitness center and close to many shops. Unit #17 has all the amenities expected plus DVD and Alexa. It is on the 3rd floor, oceanfront with a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. It includes a screened patio and an oversized balcony. Everything was great. Go for it!

The whole condo resort is magnificent and immaculately maintained. The condos are appointed with high end finishes and and furnished by some of the top designers in USA. The units are serviced everyday and clean beach towels delivered outside the door every morning. Beachcomber is one of the top rated condo resorts in the Cayman Islands for good reason, it will meet the high standards of any discerning travellor. We will definitely be going back there. It was the most glorious holiday on the most beautiful beach in Cayman.

Hurricane Ivan was back in 2004 and there have been no major hurricane's in Cayman since. September / October is the worst of the weather, but otherwise the beach is as good as ever.
Yes, Lloyd's Smokehouse and Casa 43 are some of my favorites. There's also a new bar / restaurant recently opened called The Hive just across the street.
The nearest grocery store is about a mile away in Camana Bay. You can order groceries online from hurleys supermarket they deliver.
The prices are quite different depending upon what time of year you are traveling and whether you want a 2 or 3 bedroom unit. It is one of the more expensive condos on the island. Try a web site called caydirect. They are a condo reservation service (I think they are part of the Tourist Board) that we used to book the unit at Beachcomber. They can give you prices, they are super responsive and don't charge a fee for booking through them. We paid the same as if we had booked direct (we checked.).
Hi! As you exit the airport terminal, you will see cabs lined up & waiting. All cabs are large vans, so always plenty of room. Rates are based on per person & amount of luggage. A taxi dispatcher is located at the exit of the terminal & will assist with cab. For more info on airport / arrival: (caymanairports) Safe Travels! See you Soon!
