Hubby booked this fabulous hotel and upgraded us to a corner room with approximately 160 degree wall of windows view of the “Eiffel”tower. So gorgeous at night all lit up! A welcome gift and note were waiting for us in our room. Turn down service was lovely with pajamas and chocolates! Huge bathroom with separate toilet area. Wonderful club lounge for members. I love this hotel and the location is perfect! 3 minutes walk from the train. I encourage everyone to book here. We will be back! Thank you for a lovely stay. 😀

Great location. Staff were very helpful too despite having a little bit of a language barrier

Rooms are very well maintained. For bonvoy members there is a lounge for breakfast there that you can use.

The hotel is only a few minutes walk away from shinagawa station which is a main transport hub

Been several years since my last stay. Seems old and tired as you walk from Shinagawa station up to the hotel, but that sense ends once you enter the bldg.

The entry doors portray an historic but modernized elegance as they open to the lobby area. Rooms are oversized for Tokyo @ ~500 sq ft and seem to have been recently renovated. The toilet js oddly separated from the rest of the bathroom, but includes it's own mini sink. Sinks in the main bathroom were unusually low, but shower and amenities were solid.

Bed was very comfy, w the foam pillow requested in my Marriott profile helping me get a solid nights sleep. And my room had a wonderful view of the city with the park area shared w other Prince hotels outside; this park area is particularly nice for a late-night walk as its appropriately lit and – if Japan wasn’t already incredibly safe – is within the closed-grounds of the hotel. Plenty of electrical outlets, hangers, a small fridge and coffee maker, but I don’t recall seeing USB ports.

While the lounge is small w minimal food offerings compared to similar Marriott properties, it's still okay. Staff throughout the property is very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely return here again.

The staff is incredibly professional and friendly. The hotel decor is simple elegance. The lobby has a comfortable sitting area with large windows that overlook a garden. If you have time, take a walk through the pretty garden behind the hotel. Our room was lovely and very comfortable. The hotel provided two sets of various electrical adapters in our room so we could charge our phones. The bathroom had shampoo, soap, conditioner, hairbrush, comb and razor just in case you need anything. The included breakfast was very nice. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it.

3 Prince hotels share a large Japanese garden, this particular hotel is affiliated with Marriott and is a very nice Marriott.

We spent 5 nights in an 8th floor room that offered a nice view of Tokyo tower. It was a very large, well-equipped room with a comfortable bed and pillows.

Tokyo is a large metropolitan area with many distinct satellite cities, so why stay here. The hotel is a 5-minute walk (or 420-yen cab ride) from Shinagawa station. (The hotel’s shuttle bus to the station was not running during our stay). From Shinagawa station you can get almost anywhere in Tokyo or the airports easily by subway or train.

The hotel’s executive lounge was overflowing during the weekend, the hotel says it was due to a travel incentive offered to Japanese nationals. One of the other 2 Prince hotels has an executive lounge that we were allowed to use during the evening but not for breakfast. The lounge had a variety of offerings but nothing special.

I also enjoyed soaking in the whirlpool bath in the basement. It was very nice and never crowded during my visits.

Instead of high rise glass and steel, guests experience a lovely Japanese garden, basement onsen-style relaxation area (no tattoos), wide open spaces, and a peaceful, minimalist Japanese vibe that makes this property a real gem in Tokyo. Rooms are large, windows massive, and many feature post-card perfect views of Tokyo Tower. It’s an old building, probably built in the 1960s, but thoughtfully updated with peace, comfort and relaxation in mind. Perfect mattresses and bedding. Marriott elites (platinum and above) can expect access to 3 lounges, free continental breakfast in a lounge, and other gifts that make the experience extra special. While lounge staff at times seem overwhelmed, team members throughout the rest of the hotel are highly professional. Location is a short walk to the Shinagawa station, which conveniently connects to both airports and just about every part of Tokyo. This is a property worth returning to.

This is an excellent hotel next to Shinagawa Station. Rooms are large and comfortable. Little park between area hotels is fabulous, and there is also catholic church only 10 min walk from the hotel. The only downsides are high prices; sometimes very high, and the fact that after Marriott’s purchase of Starwood gold status is no longer enough to get lounge access.

I was happy with the room and the quality of the amenities in general. We are a family of three traveling to Tokyo after the covid restriction was lifted up.

Wanted the highlight the service that was received by us when we visited the executive lounge.

We were given a reservation number because the lounge was busy during the nightcap hours 7:00 to 9:30. At 9:00 pm we got the call to go. Upon arrival, the food was about to be taken away and placed on the cart to be sent to the kitchen.
2 things went wrong here:
1. The lounge employee should have mentioned to us that the food will not be served anymore so that we can decide whether we should come all the way down or not
2. We should not be asked to take the food from the cart that is on its way to the kitchen. It is insulting to treat any hotel customer in that manner.

This should be brought to the attention of the general manager.
The unfortunate incident happened on the night of Sunday, January 8th, 2023.

For now, I will not return to this hotel on my future visit to Tokyo.

FYI, I am a titanium elite member of Marriott and a lifetime diamond member of Hilton.

I stayed at this hotel a few days before my birthday. The hotel staff knew that and offered me a bottle of sparkling wine as a welcome gift. I was also upgraded to the Junior Suite. I especially liked the bathtub with an air massage system.

The location was perfect and convenient, especially if you arrive or depart at the Haneda airport (HND). Quality of the buffet-style breakfast was OK. Not much food selections though.
