What an amazing place, the oasis in the chaos of Seminyak. The staff are soooo good they are kind, considerate and thoughtful. When were there we celebrated our Ruby wedding they staff made us and cake to celebrate it. We ate in the restaurant most evening which provided high quality food, in fact some of the best steak we have had ( and we are beef farmers) The hotel offers a range of trips around the area which we took one which was excellent or if you want to go the beach or Seminyak square they offer a complimentary shuttle service. The Gardens are really well maintained and the pool is available from early morning to late evening. The rooms are kept to a high standard which is fitting with this establishment. I can not recommend it enough. A great place for all ages. Thank-you for a fabulous stay.

This is the perfect charming hotel for a stay in Bali. Each room is immaculate in its comfort, with an exterior terrace containing a large sofa, and surrounded by beautiful foliage, that is private and relaxing. You really feel that you are staying in a tropical oasis. The swimming pool is a nice size and beautiful, and the fitness centre has modern equipment, which includes 2 treadmills (most smaller hotels do not have 2). The hotel staff are very friendly and competent. The adjacent bakery cafe has excellent food for breakfast, and delicious variety of French tarts for afternoon tea. The location of the hotel is convenient for dining at the island's best upmarket restaurants, as well as for 24 hour minimarts. The parking area at the entrance is convenient for taxi pickups and drop offs.
Unfortunately I did not find this hotel until the end of my visit to Bali, after I had spent more that a week staying in a nearby large hotel which was charmless, had small rooms, and was staffed by pleasant but incompetent people. So I could only spend one night at Rama Residence. However I will certainly be staying at Rama Residence for the duration of my next visit to Bali.

I stayed at rama residence for four nights. I really enjoyed staying here. Staff was very kind (especially thanks to JULI), room was very cozy and convient. Breakfast was perfect and delicious also. When you want yo move to semiyak square or Petigenget beach, you can use hotel’s shuttle bus. I really recommend this hotel!

We have been staying here for almost a month now and have tried 3 types of their rooms. I've got to say that in this pandemic situation, Rama Residence did a great job in giving their best service. All staff are helpful and friendly. If you just stay temporarily, the deluxe type would be enough. But the one bedroom family (room 101) is the best so far for us! They got 1 king bed and proper sofa bed.
In every room, there's always a pantry for us to cook. Despite the deluxe type, we have been spoiled by the dining area & washing machine. Since they also give us the detergent and dish soap, we don't have to worry. Oh, they even give us the iron and table to iron! LOL
The cooking utensils are well prepared. An induction stove with a pot and a pan plus 2 spatulas also good knife and scissors are enough. There are 4 sets of everything for the one bedroom family. Deposit box is there
The pool is spacious enough. They also have a gym and lounge area. Every room also has a private terrace to smoke. But keep our voice down and consider the comfort of the neighbors. The partitions between room's terrace aren't soundproof, instead, they are a bit open. There are 2 TVs and Netflix here we come!
They give once in 2 days cleaning service for the room, but we can always ask for their helps anytime. Parking area is okay for 6 cars and more motorbikes for sure. If you have a guest, inform them first by calling the front office. The location is so great.
We won't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone. Thanks!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our four day stay at the Rama residence Pettitenget Hotel. We loved the hotel surroundings. It felt like we were in a tropical garden that was tranquil and very conducive to a sense of total relaxation - so much so that we chose to just relax and hang out at the hotel for an entire day. The swimming pool and its surroundings were also very inviting. We also took adantage of the on site spa that offers great massages. The suite was spacious, very clean and well appointed with a comfortable bed and a well designed storage area and closet. We also enjoyed a daily tasty high-quality breakfast in the hotel restaurant. This review would not be complete without complementing the excellent staff - very gracious, welcoming and extremely helpful with transportation, tours and helpful hints. Many thanks in particular to Juli, Made, Indra and Ratna, as well as the staff in the restaurant. I came over to Bali to visit my daughter and stayed at the hotel for ten days.
The room and facilities were great and exactly as described when I made the booking. Room was nice a cool, which was a great escape from the heat for an English man! The pool was a fantastic place to chill out and relax.
It was great the staff were very helpful and Made was always around to help with ideas of what to do and where to go. His colleague Elsa was always cheerful and made me feel welcome whenever I had been out. The whole team at the hotel are great, professional and knowledgeable about the local area and always try and help.
The hotel on site had a great range of food, again the staff was great, and Intan would always have a chat and make you feel welcome along with the rest of the team.

The location of the hotel is very central, with many restaurants/bars to go to. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Following our honeymoon in Bali we were stuck in Bali and stay as Rama residence for the entire month if April, The location is perfect just across the street is a big grocery and walking distance from many restaurants , bars and shopping. The staff are all very friendly and helpful even offering their shuttle and transport for us. The room was spacious and comfortable and the staff was more than eager to clean. The grounds were maintained everyday. Miss Ninnit was very helpful during our stay even assisting us to get face mask during Covid 19.

This was our first trip to Bali and on arrival at the resort we were warmly greeted by a young man on reception by the name of MADE, he was very polite and explained everything in great detail. The accommadtion was great, everything you needed was there, tea ,coffee, iron,ironing board,TV and hi-fi system and also an outside seating area just outside the entrance to your room.The restaurant was well laid out and the staff were superb, a young lady by the name of ENTAN waited on us the evening we arrived , all the restaurant staff we met were very attentive to the guests needs ,all the staff we met were very polite and courteous throughout our stay. There is a lot to do in Bali with various trips and tours and well worth it. Relaxing around the pool was great and in the lounge area by the pool there is a water cooler and also a supply of tea/coffee and nibbles, within the lounge itself there are games to help you relax.

There are different packages (room with breakfast or not). We had breakfast included. Currently you can enjoy your breakfast at the Honeybees Café next to the hotel (because the hotel restaurant is under construction). I don‘t know if the food at the café is halal.
Near the hotel is café Baliboa - they serve amazing vegetarian food! (But the breakfast coupon from the hotel doesn‘t work here).
Otherwise you can cook your own breakfast in the apartments of the hotel.
Next to the hotel is a good supermarket.
Being a tropical country there are small gekkos and insects in the hotel areas and it is the same for all hotels in Indonesia.. They are not harmful and my children like to try and catch them. They are good to have around as they make a nice sound which is symbolic of Bali. If you look up Gekko on goggle you can read more about them.
There are more places to choose from in the Kerobokan Kelod area.
