The cleaning and cooking staff are always helping by getting your morning coffee and anything else you need.
This location is middle of island and great for going either way. Also there is a small village minutes walk behind hotel where you can eat at 3 restaurants or go to the market.
We would recommend this hotel as a place to stay in Santorini.
Very enjoyable Honeymoon

Initially, we checked in and my friend who is African-American was ignored. My other friend was acknowledged. This small hotel is family run and operated. Which in other cases would be OK except for they close the main area for any type of dining other than breakfast. The staff is all family and can barely speak English and are not attentive. There are kids running around.
The rooms itself are absolutely tiny. My friend and I constantly hit our knees on the beds. The bathrooms are ridiculous. While you are sitting on the toilet your foot is half in the shower.
The Wi-Fi only works in the lobby which is literally a bench that you can sit on. Because everything else is closed. And even that is terrible.
The breakfast was hard-boiled eggs that were cold, a few beets, a few tomatoes, and some hard bread. They wouldn’t even fry an egg for us.
The other horrible thing is that it is in the middle of nowhere and in Santorini you can’t grab a taxi for less than €40.
Overall this hotel ruined our Santorini experience and I hope no one else has to go through this. Please pick anything but this place!
The breakfast was very spartan with vey very basic offerings which did not meet the minimum of Santorinian hospitality.
In addition what made our stay rather uncomfortable was our interaction with the family’s car rental service which is part of their business structure and is run by the owner’s daughter and son in law Thomas. They gave us an unroadworthy vehicle which they claimed it was the “star” of their fleet! The break lights were not working and the actual vehicle’s suspension was undesirable thus putting everyone at risk including other drivers on the road. When I raised it with Thomas his response was “ I did not know the lights were not working and you do not expect me to check these things before I hand the keys over but I am willing to to give another car”
Their attitude was the problem of our unhappiness basically lack of hospitality professionalism and customer service in an island that has so much beauty to offer.
The only positive in our experience was Lukas who should step up and take over the running of the business yo bring it to the 21st century.
Opposite the hotel you will find a place which belongs to the hotel where you can see the sunset and enjoy the unique view of the caldera.
Very near to the hotel you can find bus stop to go anywhere you like otherwise you can rent a car at the reception.
The breakfast was delicious and the rooms were clean as always!!
I highly recommend it!!!!!!!
