I stayed at the Courtyard for just one night, the room is decent, not new but well kept. Staff at check in was nice. Some more attention to cleaning both the moquette and some "hidden" areas, both in the room and the bathroom. Cost is not really economic, but it's Paris (almost)

This Marriott Hotel had very spacious and clean rooms, good service and decent breakfast. But it's quite far from Paris City Center and noisy room facing the railway. Had to ride the tram and then switch to an underground train to reach the Champs Elessé Street.

Quaint budget hotel with clean rooms and a cozy atmosphere. Some of the staff are not particularly warm towards their guests though. Not rude but bordering on it. Probably not keen on entertaining guests numbering upwards of 200 or maybe they just didn't prepare well for our group.

My friends and I stayed here from June 9-12 2022. Upon entering our rooms we were greated with a pungent odour. We had to go across the road to buy spray bleach to clean the rooms and air freshener before we could make ourselves comfortable. The shower in one of the rooms leaked so much we had to dry the floor each time we showered.We found the breakfast menu to be very limited unlike other Marriotts we stayed in over the years. Most of the staff were unpleasant,the entrance on the outside was dirty and littered with cigarette butts,windows and curtains needs washing. The entire buliding needs a good cleaning. It is advertised as a four star but it's far from it. Over the years we have stayed in MANY Marriott hotels and we know the standards. If this was our first Marriott we wouldn't go back but we are use to the quality of the chain.However we must give a massive shout out to two AMAZING staff. Isham in the restaurant,he is always so curtious and friendly. He tried his best to make sure we were OK and we really appreciate that. Also Tiphaine from the Front Office,amazing lady. She was pleasant,helpful and tried her best to ensure our stay was comfortable and we appreciate all the help she gave us.

I spent a week at this location and I have been a member for over 10 years with Marriott, and Ritz Carlton . The second night as I was walking in to go to my room the receptionist told me to sign for the post card which I had none in my hand it was a picture of my family and I on a river cruise picture, after I tried explaining it to her twice,I had to turn it around to show her it wasn’t. They were hesitant to give toilet paper, and they didn’t want to bring fresh towels also we asked numerous times for face towels and they only gave them to us once in a week! They had a attitude every time we asked for service. This was the absolute worst hotel I have ever frequented . It’s bad enough that the people were blatantly rude but the hotel is not up to standards of a Marriott hotel or our family let’s just say we didn’t enjoy our stay and we checked out and asked to speak to the manager he was not there! I'm looking at the reviews and see that they are finally responding to complaints, my stay was over 4 years ago and never recived a apology or email . I spent a great deal of money their to be treated horrible , and I would never recommend any of my coworker's whom travel alot with over 26,000 employees at one of our 25 locations , family, or friends . Oh I also informed my fellow coworkers in a company email to everyone of my horrible experiance . Bye the way you will spend a lot money on taxies getting to Paris because this location is 20-30 minutes away . I had no idea it was so far away and hope there is no traffic.

The staff at this hotel were nothing short but amazing. I arrived at the end of June from a residency I attended. The night I checked in were the start of the riots. They not only made sure the guests were safe but they also went above and beyond like opened the bar for some of us when it was closed and provided us with alternative options.
My stay was extended due to unforeseen circumstances and they did everything in their power to make sure I had a room and a good experience.
The staff: Daritza, Soukahina, Orlando, Ephena, Jean Francois, Sandra, Elia and Myriam were exceptional.
I had to move rooms a few times due to renovations or other reasons and each room I was in was beyond spotless and clean. The beds were comfortable and the rooms quiet.
The food from the restaurant was delicious.
An added bonus was the little patio area in back of the hotel. It was a nice addition to the main hotel.
The location of the hotel to me was perfect. It is in a quiet location, right by the tram and accessible to everything worth seeing and center city Paris and the rooms were spacious, not like the rooms in Center City. My friends were jealous of the size of my room that stayed in Center City.
When I come back to Paris again. I would definitely stay at this location as I've had nothing but great experiences. I normally don't stay in hotels and stay in AirBnBs while I travel but this is one of the best Marriots and hotels I've ever had experiences in.

I am a gold member of Marriott and I haven't been ever treated in such a rude, unpolite and unprofessional manner in an hotel!
I came yesterday for a 2 nights stay, I got my reservation regularly booked via the travel agency of my company, and I showed it to the guy at the reception. After more than 30 minutes of waiting he misteriously couldn't be able to find my booking but he finally assigned me the room. I showed to him the reservation and the rates and he was already noticed about the fact that the reservation was made with a price much lower than the one he was pretending to apply. He kept silent and the gave me the room. Tonight, I wanted to make an early check out to avoid long lines in the early morning as I have to start a meeting right after and the guy insisted again to let me pay a fee much higher than the one booked. He treated me in an uncredible manner, making assertions like: do you want to pay now? I will charge you 400 € (and the fee booked was 295€ for 2 nights). In short: I had to call the call center, make a complaint, send the reservation by mail (that I showed to this guy and didn't want to take a copy of it) and hope that tomorrow the problem will be solved. It is a complete shame!! This hotel is not to come back!

This is in view of the Mariott Paris La Defense West-Colombes’ management’s negligence in taking care of their client’s lost and found items.
On August 6-7, 2022, my friends and I stayed at Mariott Paris La Defense West-Colombes for. While on our way home from vacation, my friend noticed that his Apple Airpods is missing and we immediately know with certainty that he left it at his hotel room, Room 409 of the said hotel. He reported it as soon as possible and later, the receptionist confirmed that they found his Airpods in the said hotel room. As any of us don’t have an account for DHL courier, he told them that we will drive back in a month’s time to get his Airpods and the hotel agreed. Expecting that the management is taking care of their lost and found items with diligence, a friend of ours drove back to the hotel to fetch our friend’s airpods. He waited for quite sometime while the management went to look for the airpods that they’ve been keeping safe for a month. However, when they can’t find it, the receptionist suddenly told him that the airpods is no longer with them and was given to someone else who claimed ownership as well. I just want to know why they gave it to another person when they clearly found it in my friend’s booked hotel room on the basis of his missing report and when they clearly agreed to keep it safe for the meantime so we can arrange for a courier or find an opportunity to drive back to the hotel to fetch it? It’s a clear sign that the management is either irresponsible in handling their lost and found cases, or their employee took an interest on my friend’s Airpods and took it for their personal gain.
Such action is very displeasing and I hope the management will kindly look into this matter. Thank you.

We LOVED our stay at this hotel. I was with family and we booked 2 rooms adjoining. The hotel was clean, our rooms were clean, the staff was very nice, professional and we never experienced any problems at all. Breakfast was delicious with a large variety of fresh foods to choose from. They had an espresso/capuccino machine which made the best coffee. David and Soukaina at the front desk were so nice and answered any questions we had and offered suggestions in the local area and offered help with taking the metro to/from the hotel. The location is about 35-45 minutes from the city center and about 25 minute walk to the arch of La Defense, or a 7 minute tram ride. I would stay here again for sure.

Yo cálculo unos 10 kilómetros del Louvre. Yo los he caminado. Pero enfrente del hotel pasa un tranvía (1.9 euros) que en 6 minutos te lleva a la estación del metro La Defense. De allí tomas el metro (1.9 euros) a cualquier parte del centro de París (al Louvre, unos 15 minutos).
