Taxi. Cheap and fast

We just got a taxi. Was about 40 euros. About 30 40 min journey depending on traffic.

From the airport catch Aerobus - just outside the arrivals.

There is a machine and a staff selling tickets 5,90 to the Catalunya ( 30 min ).

Get off the bus and go straight on the right side there is a metro M.

Buy T10 ticket in a machine. ( 10 rides and can be used by more than one person at the same time ).

Catch L3 to Passeig de Gracia ( towards Trinitat Nova )1 stop.

Change - walk to L 4. Catch L4 ( towards La Pau ) and get off Llacuna. walk 5 min to the hotel.

Easy.Quick. Cheap.

Two possibilities:

1) take a taxi from airport to Travelodge Hotel. 20 mn and around 30-35€ depending on traffic jam.

2) take the limousine (aerobus) from airport T2 to Pl. Catalunya and then you need to take the metro. It is easy but if you are with children are some luggage it will be a little bit more difficult than Taxi.

Have a good time in Barcelona

Book a taxi online before you travel or you can use the metro but it’s a few changes.

the easiest is the taxi but not the cheapest. also not really expensive! we paid about 30 euros only

I took bus from airport ( every 10 mins) to Placa Espanya. Then metro to hotel (5 min walk from metro to hotel).

I used a transfer service but wish I had used a taxi.

Taxi is the best way and takes about 20 mins.

We arrived really late so we got a taxi door to door too.

The easiest way is to get a taxi door to door.
