hi, check out was something around 12,,but yes you can leave your suitcase there,,they have baggage store, they keep them for you, till you return,,,,we arrived there before check in time, and i remember they adopt our baggage till the room was ready.

Cannot really answer the specifics of the question but i know in my case reception were very helpful and checkout will depend on how long you are staying, i am not sure whether they have a room somewhere where they will store cases prior to going.
