It was a great day out. Our tour guide was very informative on our way to the springs. When we arrived at the springs, we were directed to the park and told that we could go or do anything we wanted within the rules of the park. We were told where our lunch would be served and asked that if we wanted anything to ask any of the guides throughout the park. As we walked through, there were signs for all of the paths to different pools. It is definitely a lovely place to go filled with nature. We went to the waterfall with pools first as it was the longest walk. It took about 15 minutes as a casual walk but they have signs stating it is a 20 minute walk so they allow for a casual stroll. There are many small hills to climb along the way with stepping stones placed casually along the path for an easy and safe walk. Be prepared to remove your shoes to get to the waterfall as there is a small stream to cross to get there. Fresh cool water flows well with a pool to swim at the base of the falls. It’s not a large waterfall but it is picturesque with the surroundings. The maintenance for these pools is fair but could be better with many staff not being directed to some areas that needed more attention. We journeyed back for a buffet lunch for a traditional meal and drinks. The park is mainly visited by tourists as locals cannot afford the entrance so you will be able to find places to sit and make yourself comfortable wherever you desire. After lunch we ventured back to our guides for the trip home. They were very courteous and offered there help if needed. We were tired from the park visit so they drove us back. All in all, it was a very lovely day.

Great adventure, Julius did an amazing job telling us so much history of the area. Thank you for a wonderful time. Make sure to bring cash as many vendors that are visited are cash only.

The reviewers warning about trafffic clearly have little experience travelling in SE Asia, it is consistent with other countries. Remember, you aren’t stuck in the traffic, you are the traffic.

Tour guides were knowledgeable, polite. Transport was clean and air conditioned.

An awesome and inspiring tour of the country side. Our tour guides on this trip were truly exceptional filled with knowledgeable facts, accommodating and very friendly people. They picked us pick at our Air BNB and were very timely in fact 15 minutes early. We got to do w everything in our itinerary. We got to tried different foods like Buko pie, fresh fruits and local fruits and they even accommodated us to get lunch at one of the local restaurants. The tour was a complete success I was very happy and so were my friends that came along for the ride. Highly recommend!!!

Zee was our tour guide, extremely knowledgeable, fun and really made us feel welcome to the Philippines!!!

This was really fun and very educational. Our guide graduated in history and tourism and had plenty of insight of the events that took place in Intramuros. The biking was easy as it was all flat and somehow amidst the chaos of Minila traffic the route was safe and not having to dodge many cars, horses or motorcycles. Good for all ages.

Punctual pickup at our Manila hotel in the morning. Fund and knowledgeable guide, and first we stopped at various fruit stands, markets, a sweets store to sample local delicacies. Then off to various areas in and around Taal. Couldn't walk close to volcano due to activity, but stopped at good spots to take in the panoramic view. We really liked Taal with its historic buildings, St. Martin's church and spend roughly 90 minutes here towards the end. We liked the variety and glimpse into rural Philippines as part of this day tour, incl. a local village and visiting some caves as well!

Amazing trip and adventure, we got a good spot to make a ride in the area. We never disappointed on what we have because our Travel Coordinator (Sean) sets everything the day before of the trip and the staffs was very accommodating too.

Our driver was good too, smooth driving, and professional (like an expert) what an amazing job (Loonie).

    We definitely do this again!!!!

This trip was amazing. Here’s a bit of a breakdown for anyone looking to go!

First off- you will get wet and you will be in the sun. So sunscreen, towel and swim clothes. Also I highly recommend water shoes over flip flops. There are rocks and a bit of hiking and water shoes are easier. Also hidden valley has lockers, showers, and bathrooms. If you want to shower bring shower things. Ladies- bring toilet paper because there was none at the falls. (That’s common for a lot of places). If you want to tip or buy a drink or something- bring cash otherwise everything is paid for. (Hidden valley also sells soda and beer which need cash)

We were picked up from our hotel at 6am in a large comfortable van. Our tour guide, Eddy, and our driver, Marlon, were both friendly and let us know if we needed anything from them- to let them know. We asked to stop somewhere for coffee and snacks so Marlon found a spot with a Starbucks and snacks. Eddy answered all my questions regarding the Philippines with knowledge and enthusiasm… especially for 6am! Ha!
When we got to our first stop for the falls, we were given a quick heads up about pushy tipping culture and reassured that everything we are about to experience was already paid for and not to feel pressured unless we really wanted to. Also we could leave belonging in the car because they would take care of them. There were bathrooms, showers and changing areas.
The falls were beautiful. We were asked for tips or to purchase food at every stop, but if you said no thank you, they understood and kept going. It was very impressive how they maneuvered through the rocks and pulled the canoes through. The first part of the trip is in the sun, but once you get into the jungle area, it’s mostly shade. The second falls you can get on a raft and they will take you under the falls to a cave and you can get in the water. The water was cool and the raft guy took tons of photos for us with one of our phones. The trip back was significantly faster (going with the current of course).
When we got back to the van we started for hidden valley. Eddy pointed out some things along the way and talked about the springs and the volcano. He also answered my questions about the local architecture features as well as some history behind it. They also stopped along the side of the road so we could try Buco (coconut) water and Bibingka 🤤. It was very tasty and a perfect snack.
Once at hidden valley he got us our tickets and told us where to go and where they would be when we were done. We went to the buffet first and the staff was very inviting and helpful. The food was pretty good. But we were more excited to go to the springs! The springs were very relaxing. The warm pool was the perfect temperature for relaxing. And the closer to the warm falls you are, the warmer the water. Same one with the soda pool except colder. We also hiked to the hidden falls. Towards the end of the hike it did get a bit dodgy, but they had a guide to help you along the way.
All in all it was a very relaxing day. When we were done the longest part was the ride home due to traffic in the Philippines being terrible. We all fell asleep. Marlon was a very safe driver and at no point did I feel unsafe. We arrived back at our hotel around 7.
All in all we enjoyed a very relaxing day and felt very well taken care of. I highly recommend this trip.

I had the most amazing trip with tour guides Gerald, Justine, and Kenji and our driver Adriane. They were all very friendly and knowledgeable and we managed to do a lot in a single day. The trip included time on Taal lake on a boat as well as a wonderful walk up to a beautiful waterfall. We also did some cultural stuff by visiting a cave church. All in all I would highly recommend it!

Eddy was an absolutely fantastic tour guide. He is incredibly knowledgeable about everything on the tour as well as able to answer any questions you have about manila. Eddy made the tour both incredibly fun and informative.

On the trip to tagaytay we stopped and enjoyed a delicious pineapple pie and then explored a market. We then proceeded to the Peoples Park in the Sky, rode a jeepney and enjoyed some fantastic views of the countryside. The boat tour was nice and relaxing, and then went to lunch at a local restaurant with delicious food.

Overall it was an incredible experience with incredible tour guides and drivers.

This is a fantastic tour to do. If you have Miguelita and Dana as your guides, it’s even better!

Unfortunately I couldn’t ride on the ferry as it was closed for the national holiday so we ended up getting a taxi to Quiapo. That was the only downside (if you can even call it that).

You will learn a lot on the city tour (fun fact: Binondo is the oldest Chinatown in the world) and see a few beautiful churches. After the city tour, we rode a jeepney to Intramuros which was another great part of the tour and it sparked great discussion amongst the group.

I have to praise Miguelita and Dana again because they were so attentive and patient with the group.

We had seen a great view of the beach especially the turtle that swam near us. Clear water in which you can see the corals and fishes beneath the sea. It's good for scuba diving and snorkeling activity . Quality food as well

There are two things you have to do in order to take this tour first you have to be very hungry and second have some sturdy walking shoes . After our fourth stop, we were totally stuffed. The food was exceptional. Our next seven stops we told our guide we could only try a little from each stop , every stop the food was exceptional. We highly recommend this food tour through Chinatown it was absolutely wonderful.
