- Tour398549714002 contributionsMy friend and and I had an excellent 3 night 4 day paddle in the Benjamin islands on the north shore of Lake Huron.
The food was so good the guides were polite patient and competent.
They gaged our level of paddling experience checked weather and tailored our days accordingly which was very safety first which we appreciated.
On one of the windy days we stayed in the safe harbour and was shown new paddling techniques wet exits and rescue techniques.
If you are curious or interested in kayaking I would recommend horizons adventures. Then you float down the River for roughly 4 hours. I definitely recommend getting a cooler tube for snacks and drinks. As well as grabbing one of the paddles they offer, to help you avoid any unexpected obstacles. They also offer to connect your tube to others in your group or let you ride solo, it’s up to you. I have worked in the fishing industry as a guide and in operations for over ten years. The experience Frank provided my brother in law (who had zero fishing experience) and I was 10/10.
Frank is the perfect combination of guide and teacher. His passion for educating his guests on different techniques and styles of bass fishing really made the experience. The fact that he put us on over 100 bass in two days didn’t hurt either..
Driving around in Frank’s high performance boat was half the fun. It’s equipped with all the latest technology and top of the line gear to ensure you are set up for success.
Frank is friendly, patient, and a pleasure to spend a day with. He gave us an experience we will never forget.
I can’t wait for my next fishing adventure with Frank.
