I was trying to do this excursions with my daughter. Yesterday we scheduled for 5pm, the driver never showed up. The operator claimed that they were running 35 mins late. Since this tour would’ve ran into my scheduled dinner time, we decided to reschedule for the following morning. The next morning came and the driver never showed up again. We drove to the destination that the operator gave and it took us to the wrong destination. After contacting him and letting him know the situation, he states, “All tourist are taking to the same location, follow the pin that I have you.” Now I was only given one pin and I followed it exactly how he said. Of ALL TOURIST are taking to the same location, What does that tell you???? Instead of the operator looking into the issue, and taking some accountability, he gets smart and rude with me saying that I don’t listen. First of all who in the hell are you talking to. And second of all look into the given directions if all tourist go to the wrong location. Simple! He proceeds to say, “I can’t help you. I’ll refund.” Then turns around and say “No refund”. Not only did you get disrespectful, you decline to assist me on an error on your behalf, you also think you are about to walk off with a free $240? If you are thinking of doing this tour DONT. Find someone else that has great business practices great ethics, morals, values, takes accountability, and integrity. Because this company isn’t it!
