Visit to the plantation was amazing with the gentleman running the plantation being the highlight of the trip! Enjoyed learning about the history of Grenada, seeing some really cool sights, learning about how chocolate was made and enjoying authentic rum and roti! The tour was as described and promised. Our hosts were great to talk to. They have a lot of experiences over the years, including making it through two hurricanes. There were four dogs on board with us. They were very well behaved. - Andrew S1 contributionWe enjoyed every moment of our tour of the waterfalls with Explorer Grenada Tours! Densil was very knowledgeable about the history and landmarks in Grenada, which he shared during our drive to the first set of waterfalls. The hike itself was so beautiful and engaging, allowing us to see and taste the different native fruits, berries, and nuts of Grenada— thanks to Randy for leading the best tour! Following our hike, we stopped at the lake and were able to feed one of Grenada’s monkeys. We then visited another waterfall and stopped for a quick local lunch. It was such a great experience that allowed us to see the true beautiful country of Grenada away from our resort. - Alex RWoodside, NY13 contributionsGreat experience! Our tour guide Denzil made it very interesting teaching us history and educating us on many trees,flowers, and herbs in the rain forest! We got to see and feed the Mona monkey and enjoyed beautiful scenery. We would recommend this tour to everyone and request Densil, he really explains a lot and has great attitude and sense of humor!
Tour is not too long which is good if you want to do more on that day!

- Paul MHeanor, UK30 contributionsWe went on the full day tour yesterday and it was amazing. Ronni our guide was in contact beforehand to agree out pick up time on what’s app and was on time to pick us up. The mini van is clean and comfy with plenty of room and he is really informative telling you about the island. During the day you make plenty of stops so you are never in the van for to long. Absolutely loved swimming in the water falls and getting to hold a monkey which is in its natural environment just coming down from the trees to see you for a banana. We stopped for lunch to sample the local island food which was great.. visited a rum distillery for rum tasting as well as a visit to the capital as well. It really is a great day out and Ronni the guide really makes the difference. We considered some of the group tours but they all sounded so rushed or just too much time in the car and not enough time to enjoy the stops. So it was really nice to be able to go at our own pace and adjust the plans as we went. Because it was a Sunday, some of the usual sites were closed so we were able to substitute activities that were interesting to us - especially a stop to try some of the delicious local food at a non-touristy restaurant. Our host, Stephanie with Funtastic Island Adventures, picked us up from our villa and had a cooler of water and local favorites. She is extremely knowledgeable on the island’s history and culture and we learned so many interesting facts. Our tubing guides (Splashy & Blue) were also very friendly and it is obvious that everyone loves what they do and take pride in Grenada and her raw beauty. Everyone was very personable.
