This tour was amazing. The atmosfere when the bulls and runners go under our balcony was intense and shoking. The tour organization was perfect too. Our guide jenny was so sweet and full of knowledge. The balcony is the best in all Pamplona. Breakfast was delicious. Everything was local and fresh. JUST AMAZING. Thank you Jenny

This was the most amazing gastronómical experience of our life. These little baddies that they call "pintxos" really surprised us. We even went for pintxos again the next morning ! Thank you Ana Luisa!

This was definitely the best tour we have ever done. Everything was perfect, from the car's confort to the completeness of the tour. Daiana told us the whole history with lots of details about Bernadette and the miraculous recovery's of many sick people in this sacred temple. We also enjoyed the mass in English option and a lunch stop. Thank you for making one of my dreams come true 🙏

This tour operator canceled my tour with less than 24 hours notice. They did not reach iur directly to me which I think would have been appropriate as a courtesy. I simply got a message from Viator that the company had canceled the tour. I noticed they have done this before but that was 5 years ago and the operator replied to that particular complaint assuring that it would never happen again. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because that behavior was a while ago and because the tour content and timing worked out well. Beware of this tour operator as fhey don’t seem to be reliable to follow through with their tours.

Nice castle, visit is not long, you can climb all the towers. Packed on weekends, They dont light the castle at night, that is a shame.

The night before our scheduled trip we were sent an email cancelling our tour apparently due to incorrect pricing on the tripadvisor website. No option was given to accept a different price. The cancellation was fully refunded in a couple of days but resulted in a loss of over $50 Canadian by time exchange rates were factored in on our credit card.

This tour was a dream. The tour was tailored to perfection for us. San Sebastian is one of my favourite city's in the world. It has a beautiful beach, the people are wonderful and the food is the best I have ever had. I highly recommend this company!

Great time and very informative! Pickup/dropoff at our hotel made it incredibly easy to take a quick rest day during our Camino. Jimmi was on time, easy to chat with and very informative. The tour was fun for both myself and my son, and we hit all the places we were wanting to see. Would definitely recommend! Such a great and easy way to explore when you are out traveling and want to see a little more with some added local history and insight.

We toured the Guggenheim, Bilbao and the coastal towns of Getaria and Zumaia with Hymie of Basque Tours. It was an excellent day. Hymie was knowledgeable and personable and did everything to make our day an outstanding one. Most importantly he was extremely accommodating. Two of our travel companions had been delayed flying to Europe and Hymie and the company rearranged our tours to pick them up in Bilbao. When their next flight was delayed again, Hymie once again rearranged the day so we could pick them up at the airport. Our tour of Bilbao and time in the Guggenheim was great and our lunch in Zumiai and stop in Getaria amazing. An outstanding company and guide who did everything possible to overcome and accomodate changing timetables without missing a beat for the rest of the group. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience. Jimi was so knowledgable of the history of Navarra, we was very impressed. the tour also included a foto shoot in a shop that was a replica of the estafeta street, with real stuffed bulls from previous san fermin races. the meal was also excellent. We was short for words when Jimi dropped us of at the hotel in the evening.
