Our guide told us the history of the village and took care of us the whole time. The vineyards were very beautiful and he even took us to see the Marqués de Riscal hotel which was also very nice. He was very eager to learn about our life and very open to tell about his, so we talked a lot about cultural differences, it was really fun!! Everything was perfect, from the car's confort to the completeness of the tour. Daiana told us the whole history with lots of details about Bernadette and the miraculous recovery's of many sick people in this sacred temple. - Rdwatson30 contributionsBeware of tour operator who cancels tours with almost no notice.This tour operator canceled my tour with less than 24 hours notice. They did not reach iur directly to me which I think would have been appropriate as a courtesy. I simply got a message from Viator that the company had canceled the tour. I noticed they have done this before but that was 5 years ago and the operator replied to that particular complaint assuring that it would never happen again. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because that behavior was a while ago and because the tour content and timing worked out well. Beware of this tour operator as fhey don’t seem to be reliable to follow through with their tours.Written March 8, 2024

No option was given to accept a different price. - emont1240 contributionsAn outstanding day of accommodation and flexibilityWe toured the Guggenheim, Bilbao and the coastal towns of Getaria and Zumaia with Hymie of Basque Tours. It was an excellent day. Hymie was knowledgeable and personable and did everything to make our day an outstanding one. Most importantly he was extremely accommodating. Two of our travel companions had been delayed flying to Europe and Hymie and the company rearranged our tours to pick them up in Bilbao. When their next flight was delayed again, Hymie once again rearranged the day so we could pick them up at the airport. Our tour of Bilbao and time in the Guggenheim was great and our lunch in Zumiai and stop in Getaria amazing. An outstanding company and guide who did everything possible to overcome and accomodate changing timetables without missing a beat for the rest of the group. Highly recommendWritten July 4, 2023

We enjoyed a very good service and San Sebastian was sensational, it's such a glamorous city, we will definitely return!!
We had some pintxos Included in the tour and they took us to a pintxo bar that as soon as we walked inside we where amazed how many pintxos there where, the amazing elaborations and the mix of flavours.
It was brilliant, thanks!

the guide Jimi picked us up at our hotel and drove us to Sansebastian where we enjoyed a very complete tour of the city. On the way back to Bilbao Jimi drove us through the most amazing towns and even allowed us to stop for fotos.
