Our Pre-Collision System can detect and help you avoid collisions with other vehicles, pedestrians, and cyclists. It works by alerting the driver with audio and visual warnings and brake assistance. If the driver doesn't manage to brake in time the brakes automatically engage to prevent or mitigate a collision. Additionally, Intersection Collision Avoidance Support and Emergency Steering Assist support in the day when turning at junctions and making evasive manoeuvres.
This system keeps you at a minimum pre-set distance from the vehicle in front. If this distance falls, the system reduces your speed and eventually the brakes will be applied and brake lights activated. If your car is equipped with Road Sign Assist (RSA), this system will also recognize speed limits on your driving route and suggest any necessary adjustments.
Our Lane Trace Assist System is designed to make motorway driving safer. It keeps you centred in your lane and if you start to drift from it, steering assist will gently steer your car to correct its course.
Trailer Sway Control automatically detects excessive movement of the trailer and selectively applies brake pressure for individual wheels and reduces engine torque to bring the trailer back under control. This ensures trailing loads are kept in line, providing a safer driving experience.
Parking is easier and safer with this system which combines the images from four cameras to create an almost 360° view of your surroundings.
Downhill Assist Control automatically applies braking to individual wheels to maintain control and a safe rate of descent without any driver intervention when going downhill after the DAC switch is activated. This allows to make tricky and loose surface descents safe and easy.
This system allows occupants to notify emergency services by pushing a switch inside the vehicle. In the event of an accident or when the vehicle's airbags are deployed, the system will activate automatically.
