Chef Carlos Raba is making a difference in his Baltimore neighborhood by providing authentic Mexican food at his restaurant Clavel and teaching Brazilian jiu jitsu — all for free for kids ages 6-17. Raba, and his wife Claudia, say it's part of their effort to build a better community. “It’s just another community forming — that’s what you need,” Claudia says.
