Title VI / Civil Rights Program

Any person who believes they have been discriminated against on the basis of race, color, or national origin (including language), disability, sex, age or religion by the TJPA may file a Title VI complaint by completing and submitting the agency’s Title VI Complaint Form.  A description of the complaint procedure process can be found below.

Claim for Damages

Claim form must be submitted by mail or personal delivery to:
Transbay Joint Powers Authority, 425 Mission Street, Suite 250, San Francisco, CA 94105. DO NOT E-MAIL.

Presentation of a false claim is a felony (CA Penal Code, Section 72).

Claims for bodily injury, death, or damage to personal property must be filed not later than six (6) months after the occurrence out of which the claim/claims arose. All other claims must be filed not later than one (1) year after the occurrence out of which the claim/claims arose. (CA Government Code, Section 911.2)
