The Community Meals Partnership Manager works to link nutritious food with communities impacted by food insecurity. This position develops and maintains strong community relationships with community meals partners, supports weekly food distribution, and collaborates with the meals team to ensure food access partner satisfaction, working within CACFP and SFSP guidelines to do so.

Community Garden Manager

The Community Garden Manager connects TNFP’s community agriculture programs with the broader Nashville community, creating opportunities for community members to engage in growing food across the city. This position increases access to land, resources, education and relationships, and helps implement TNFP’s vision to expand community agriculture across the city.

Community Garden Coordinator

The Community Garden Coordinator helps to organize TNFP’s community garden programs, coordinating education, communication, and support across multiple sites. Reporting to the Community Garden Manager, this role is responsible for the annual community garden enrollment process, communicating with gardeners, coordinating and providing on-site support, and supporting the coordination and facilitation of garden events and workshops.

Seasonal Growing Together Manager

The Seasonal Growing Together Manager works with the Director of Growing Together to implement the Growing Together program at TNFP. Responsibilities include coordinating and managing the program’s Community Supported Agriculture (CSA), weekly CSA communications, managing multi-site pickups, providing customer feedback to the farmers and working with them to ensure quality, communicating regularly with partners, customers, and farmers, keeping proper records for monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, and assisting the Director with wholesale distribution as needed. Approximately 50% of time will be spent managing CSA distribution logistics working between the farm and distribution sites, 40% of time will be spent on CSA communication and other administrative tasks to support the program, and up to 10% of time will be spent supporting property management.
