With so many unique changes and choices, our stress and emotions can become difficult to handle on our own. You may be feeling in need of new coping skills, a deeper understanding of and healing from past experiences, or more clarity on who you are and what you want your life to look like.
I offer a safe and comfortable space for you to unload your struggles, process your experiences, and create the change you want to see in your life. My style is collaborative, affirming, and non-judgmental. I am a trauma-informed therapist and can provide EMDR therapy.
