Hi, I'm Tim. I help people overcome their anxiety and attain more peace in their lives. I'm a coach, counselor and author of stress management guides such as "Relax More, Try Less" and "The Joy of Not Thinking." I work with clients who are facing career challenges, relationship problems, health worries, school issues or other stress-inducing life situations. It's my belief that we all have a deep peace within us. My aim is to help you access it.
Drawing from over a decade of experience, I provide clients with a gentle approach that integrates underappreciated Buddhist and mind-body techniques. This blend of mindfulness and somatic healing should give you a newfound sense of well-being. I'm passionate about sharing these tools because they consistently deliver results.
I work with adults, teens and occasionally couples. My office is located in Cushing Square, right on the 73 bus line, but many of my clients now meet me remotely through phone or Zoom.
