My style has been developed over the nearly two decades I've worked in mental health and through the 9,000+ hours of therapy, coaching, and supervision I've offered since becoming a therapist in 2011.

I specialize in adult ADHD, anxiety, grief, burnout, and affirming care for members of the LGBTQIA+ community. I am additionally trained to offer ADHD Coaching for clients wanting to improve their quality of life through research-based tools.
