I work with clients who are struggling with some aspect of their professional situation. Challenges include making career choices, dissatisfaction in the current career, dealing with stress or difficulties with colleagues or superiors, desire for a change or finding it hard to combine work and healthy living. Issues can range from vague dissatisfaction to ready-to-tackle plans. I offer talk sessions as well as a more structured approach that includes professional psychometric assessments. My clients range from young persons making their very first career decisions to experienced professionals.
I am a German-American I/O psychologist (and former mental health RN). In my work, I combine psychological competencies with coaching to promote clients' personal insights. Clients gain clarity or new ideas about career decisions, get unstuck in their career path, and overcome old patterns that are no longer serving them.
