My goal is to be deeply present with your experiences in order to help you become more expansive, self- aware, confident, and validated so that you can find your path that leads to your most authentic self.
I work with autism in adults, individuals with trauma history, individuals in the music industry, and the LBGTQI+ community. We will work together to develop healthy coping skills, to manage emotions, to heal from past traumas, and to navigate change. I am trained in EMDR therapy, a tool that helps people recover from trauma and distressing life experiences.
