I strive to create a non-judgmental atmosphere where you can become the best version of yourself. My approach to therapy is eclectic. I see our work through a trauma-informed, person-centered, culturally-sensitive lens.
My therapeutic style pulls from relational, narrative, and somatic therapies. I have experience working with people of all ages, including queer folks, as a community organizer, storyteller, social worker, and psychotherapist. Everyone is capable of change, including myself.
