If you are experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship or family difficulty, I am here to listen, empower and help you navigate these obstacles. Sometimes we need help identifying mood changes, habits, behavior patterns, dips in mood, triggers to our nervous system. I help clients identify these obstacles in daily life along with coping strategies, tools, techniques mindfulness and tolerance. I provide a safe space for clients to talk about these challenges, together we set goals along with action oriented plans for tackling these obstacles.
I have experience practicing in non-profit, education, and private practice. My strengths are in: (solution- focused, client center, CBT, DBT, career counseling, and working with clients going through change (death of a spouse, divorce, job change, aging, personal growth, and development), and career- related stress, romantic life, and imposter syndrome.
I know it is tough going though obstacles alone. I am here to listen and provide a safe space for us to work through these challenges together.
