I work with people who have been hurt in relationships, whether that was in a family, with another person, or in a system. Sometimes that hurt can even happen as we have cared for someone else, and find ourselves feeling overwhelmed and need of care ourselves. We might feel like we aren’t sure how to move forward or find peace. I love being able to be with people as they begin to rebuild trust and connection within themselves and with others.

In our work together, we will focus on your personal & collective stories as ways to understand and begin to transform your current experience. We will work together to identify parts of you that may be disconnected, hurt, or in need of good care.
