My approach is nondirective, curious, and supportive while providing compassion, understanding, and empathy in a non-judgmental and relaxed therapeutic setting online. I've worked with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, and Complex PTSD. I incorporate various theories and interventions into the therapeutic process and mainly draw from relational, psychodynamic and psychoanalytical approaches.
