I am Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with active licenses in Ohio, Hawai'i, & Texas. I am a trauma informed practitioner with 10 years of experience in Zen and Integral Psychotherapy, and training in Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy and Internal Family Systems. I am Safe Zone trained and affirming of all gender identities & expressions. I am experienced in supporting the LGBTQ+ community, and other communities of diverse relational norms. I am skilled in healing religious trauma and renewing spiritual connection.

I am a proud queer and transgender therapist who has dedicated my practice to providing inclusive and culturally humble services to all. My passion is in providing care to LGBTQIA+ individuals, couples & families. Additionally, I run therapy & support groups for LGBTQIA+ youth and plan to create more group spaces for people to connect to their community and peers. I have also had the privilege of providing training and education to professionals, clients and families on providing a safe and affirming space for LGBTQIA+ youth.

I am a licensed social worker with over 10 years of experience. I received my bachelor’s in social work as well as my master's of education as in intervention specialist at Mount Vernon Nazarene University. I also obtained a master’s of social work from Case Western Reserve University. I recently worked in hospice to provide therapeutic intervention to families, individuals, and couples as they work through major life events. I have worked within the hospital systems for oncology, obstetrics, hospice, crisis, and as a case manager providing therapy for a range of complex needs.

Greetings, my name is Barbara Thomas. I received my Social Work undergraduate degree from Cleveland State University and my graduate degree from The Ohio State University in Social Work, with a Business Administration focus. I have worked in a variety of community settings including Home Base Services, hospitals, residential and virtual locations. I have serviced children, teens, adults, and older adults also known as the Geriatric population experiencing homelessness, alcohol and drug addiction, COVID-19, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, depression, and more. Ms. Sara Bates is a Licensed Independent Social Worker with Supervision Designation  trained in Trauma-Informed Care for All, Family Therapy, Perinatal Therapy, Sex-Positive Therapy, Pleasure Education and Intimacy Coaching, Couples Counseling, CBT, DBT, and IFS; treating both adolescents and adult populations.  Her clinical approach is to meet the clients where they are, by building on personal strengths and supporting them through life’s difficult challenges. She provides EAP services as a contractor, for local and federal law enforcement agencies. Reiki Master/Teacher certified, for stress relief practices and coping strategies.

Jaret seeks to empower you on your journey to radical self-acceptance through practicing nonjudgmental support and helping you find meaning in your story. He received his Bachelor of Arts and Sciences degree in Psychology and Legal Studies from the University of Cincinnati and his Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The Ohio State University.

He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Addiction Studies from the University of Cincinnati and his Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The Ohio State University. He completed an 18-month Gestalt theory and practice training program at the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland in 2017. Simon is also trained in Prolonged Exposure Therapy for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. He has previously worked with a large and diverse university student population.
