Using techniques derived from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution focused therapy, I work with clients and tailor my treatment to each clients individual needs. I aim to provide a positive, encouraging and comfortable space for my clients to engage in therapy.

As a therapist, my approach is open and supportive. I strive to help each of my clients to identify their personal goals for therapy and guide them through the process of achieving those goals. I draw on over 10 years of experience working with individuals, couples and families, ranging from children to the elderly, across a variety of challenges. Areas of focus include mood-related issues, relationships, stress management, grief/loss and adjustment to life changes. I also have significant experience working with individuals diagnosed with a neurodegenerative illness, such as Alzheimer's disease, and their families.
